Based On The Cloud Platform Of The Modern Hospital Construction Of Integrated Management System

Objective: This subject tried to construct modern integrated management system for thegeneral hospital on the basis of the cloud platform to improve hospital performance andmanagement level,starting from the point of view of the hospital management. In thecase of the the Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen, combined with the reasons ofcurrent backward situation of our hospital management system, we analyze the overallsystem architecture, make adetailed design and discussion of the system structure andfunction at different levels and modules, and give the recommendations in relation tothe implementation of the system security on the basis of the empirical analysis of theoverall architecture of the system. Its roles: on the one hand, enables the hospital tocomprehensively and correctly understand the evaluation of their own, to foundproblems and gaps, and to seek solutions and ways to improve the level of hospitalmanagement; on the other hand, it helps the system to refine and improve the hospitalinformation construction standards,promotes the health system in our city and thecountry, and provides a reference for the medical industry-wide standardization.Methods: Through research literature that about the construction of the hospitalinformation system at home and abroad, combining theory and interviews with relevantexperts in the field of hospital information problems, we design overall frameworkstructure of the system according to the actual situation of the Second People’s Hospitalof Shenzhen. We build the subsystems of the system function modules through theinterview method in detail with different departments of the hospital’s seniormanagement, department director, medical staff, administrative staff and other users of the system.Results:(1) The theory of modern hospital management system research orientedresearch for theoretical support;(2) Through the analysis of the current informationsystem construction is lagging behind restricting factors, parsing out ourcomprehensive cloud-based platform modern hospital construction of managementsystem;(3) Based on the above, the cloud-based platform integrated hospitalmanagement system overall framework and each function module architecture andcloud technology platform in the system, summarize the functionality of the system andcharacteristics;(4) Safeguards and evaluation of the implementation of modern hospitalmanagement system design based on cloud platform to conduct more in-depthdiscussion.Conclusion: This topic building a modern hospital management system based on cloudplatform has better scientific and feasible for the hospital in the new situation andprovide the model of an “easy to operate” objective system, according to the currentresearch situation at home and abroad. However, the research on this topic is still in theinitial stages.There are still many limitations and deficiencies, and we also need tomodify and improve the system with the deepening of the practice work to strengthen.
