Study On Rural Health Communication Channels In Northern Henan Province

Henan Province is located in the Central Plains,with a large population base,and is an important agricultural province in China.It is an important force for the construction and development of the motherland to export a large amount of labor force to all parts of China every year.People are the foundation of development,the strength of people’s physical quality,the level of health accomplishment,is related to their own and family quality of life and happiness index,related to the economic development of a province and even the whole country.It is also related to the construction of national medical and health services and other aspects.By 2017,Henan province had a total population of 108.5 million,and the urbanization rate of permanent residents had exceeded 50 percent for the first time,but more than 50 million people still lived in rural areas.Some studies have shown that a person’s physical health quality is closely related to their income,local medical conditions and other factors.The above indexes in rural areas are in a low level for a long time,and the overall health quality of residents is poor.More attention should be paid to the health status of this group.In recent years,the national economy has developed rapidly,the income of rural residents has increased.The Government has also actively taken various measures to intervene in rural areas with a view to improving the overall health of rural residents.Concord level.In the dynamic development environment,how is the health status of the villagers now? Is there a higher level of health in the past? Which health-communication channels play a significant role in promoting the change of the health behavior of the villagers? The above problems are worth analysis and summary.Based on the social ecology research model and the basic principles of preventive medicine,communication,psychology and so on,this paper selects M village in northern Henan province as the sample analysis object,and through village observation and in-depth interview,etc.Under the background of the dynamic development of the village for more than 30 years,this paper explores which health communication channels play a significant role in changing the villagers’ health behavior,and makes a deep study on the operation of the corresponding health communication channels system.This paper points out that the health level of the residents in the northern rural areas of Henan Province has been improved,and the health behavior of the villagers has changed obviously.In terms of the accessibility of health communication channels,such as self-communication,interpersonal communication,group communication,organization communication,mass communication,materialization communication and so on,villagers all have conditions to reach.The promotion of people’s health quality is the long-term operation of all kinds of health communication channels.Among them,changing villagers’ health behavior,WHO communication channels,ecological,living environment materialized communication channels,interpersonal communication channels are effective.These three types of health communication channels can be effectively operated,funds and skills The supporting factors of operation play an important role.
