The Design And Implementation Of Operation Anesthesia Management System

With the improvement of hospital management informatization,Closed-loop management and refined management in department during perioperative period have become the focus of hospital managers’ attention,Operation anesthesia management system has become the central system of operation room management.Traditional manual management is not only inefficient but also error-prone,which can’t meet the business needs.Therefore,it is necessary to use the current computer technology and network technology to develop a practical surgical anesthesia management system.The operation anesthesia management system covers the whole process from admission,operation arrangement,preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative,resuscitation management to discharge.Automatic generation of anesthesia medical documents and medical staff from the complex manual work can effectively improve work efficiency.The functional modules of operation anesthesia management system mainly include basic information management module,preoperative management module,intraoperative management module and postoperative management module.The basic information management module mainly maintains the constants of roles,drugs,anesthesia methods,desk numbers,etc,To achieve the maintenance of adding,deleting,modifying and other functions.Preoperative management module mainly carries out preoperative preparation,including anesthesia arrangement,preoperative visit,informed consent of anesthesia,pre-anesthesia confirmation and other functions.The intraoperative management module mainly records the relevant information in the operation,including anesthesia records,nurses’ intraoperative records,operation safety verification and other functions.Postoperative management module mainly manages related information after operation,including post-anesthesia recording,anesthesia summary,anesthesia arrangement inquiry and other functions.Functions mainly realize data modification,preservation,printing,query functions.This system adopts Asp.net three-tier architecture,WEB server is IIS,database is ORACLE11 g,front-end interface design uses jQuery EasyUI,back-end uses C # implementation.After rigorous testing,the system achieves the expected user requirements.Because of the MVC design idea,the system has friendly interface,easy operation,fast response speed and strong data processing ability,which meets the system performance requirements.From the point of view of software engineering,this paper discusses in detail and systematically the research background,system requirements,system design,system implementation and system testing.The function of the system meets the needs of the hospital,reduces the burden of the medical staff,and the system is stable and reliable.It has high practical value in economy and investment.
