Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide,according to the world health organization.In China,although the medical expenses for cardiovascular diseases have been increasing year by year in the past two decades,the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases is still rising rapidly.A significant feature of cardiovascular disease is that the symptoms of the disease are not obvious in the early stage and are highly secretive,while the routine physical examination in the hospital can only detect more serious cases.Therefore,the research and development of a long-term,uninterrupted detection of the cardiovascular system in daily life related physiological information technology,as early as possible to find problems,conducive to the timely diagnosis and treatment of the disease.The physiological information related to cardiovascular system mainly includes electrocardiogram and pulse wave.The pulse wave is formed by the beating of the heart along the arteries and blood flow to the peripheral transmission,containing a wealth of physiological information of the cardiovascular system,which can be used for disease pre-diagnosis,physiological data collection,blood pressure estimation and so on.The traditional pulse wave detection methods include photoelectric plethmography and pressure sensing,but the detection accuracy is not enough and the pulse wave is seriously disturbed by the environment.Therefore,the detection of pulse wave signal has important scientific significance and clinical needs.This subject carries out research on pulse wave sensing technology based on flexible sensor technology,detects pulse wave signal based on the principle of flat tension method,prepares piezoelectric electret sensor,and USES the detected pulse wave signal for relevant analysis and application.To realize the purpose of wearable detection of physiological information of cardiovascular system.In terms of detection methods,constant pressure is applied to the collection site of pulse wave signal by means of wristband sensing structure,so that blood vessels are in a flat state,so as toobtain more real pulse wave signal.In the aspect of sensing technology,piezoelectric electret and piezoresistive sensor are developed to make a composite sensor,which can detect the constant pressure exerted while detecting the pulse wave.In the aspect of signal analysis and application,heart rate variability analysis and respiratory rate estimation are performed by using the detected pulse wave signals.The results of this project are expected to realize the wearable continuous and accurate detection of pulse wave signals for a long time,which has the value of non-invasive detection of cardiovascular physiological data and the significance of cardiovascular disease prevention.experimental results show that the method is accurate and has a certain application prospect.
