The Needle Was Hook Plate And Tension Band For The Treatment Of Distal Fracture Of Clavicle

Objective:In order to assess clavicle distal fractures in the needle was clavicular hook plate and tension band much recent treatment effect.Methods:In August 2015 to see a doctor in our hospital between October 2017 were diagnosed with Neer distal type Ⅱ clavicle fractures without surgery taboo of 30 cases of adult patients were divided into two groups: the needle was clavicular hook plate group and tension band group.Follow-up observation of postoperative incision healing of skin,in the process of fracture healing and in a fixed position by clavicle span an X-ray check,evaluation of patients with preoperative and postoperative pain score,and USES the Constant scoring system of shoulder joint function in patients with at the time of the last follow-up assessment.Results:All patients with skin incision class-a healing,infection does not appear.Hook plate and gram tension with needle group healing time were 8.74±0.2、8.98 ± 0.3,with statistical significance(P < 0.05)in the preoperative and postoperative 3,6,12 month hook steel group’s shoulder joint function score was 27.2±2.3、81.4±2.5、91.9±2.6、98.3±1.8and gram tension with needle group was26.9±1.6、70.3±4.5、91.2±2.2、97.8±2.3,there were significant differences between the two groups and at different time points,and the corresponding P values were all less than 0.05,with statistically significant differences.There were interaction effects between groups and time points,and the corresponding Pvalue was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.Patients’ pain score in the preoperative and postoperative 1 day,7 days,clavicular hook plate group was7.1±1.0、2.2±0.9、1.3±0.5,Gram tension with needle group was7.1±1.1、2.4±0.7、1.4±0.5,there was a significant difference between the surveyed population at different time points,P <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.There was no interaction effect between groups and time point,P > 0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion:Two operation ways are effective way of surgical treatment of distal fracture of clavicle,hook plate group effect is better,gram tension with needle is more suitable for the grass-roots hospitals and patients with economic difficulties.
