| Objective:To investigate the relationship between RLP-C and carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)by measuring the levels of serum apolipoprotein CⅢ(apoCⅢ),apolipoprotein AV(apoAV)and residual lipoprotein cholesterol(RLP-C)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:Patients with OSAHS in the sleep medicine diagnosis and treatment center of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.According to the apnea hypopnea index((AHI),),the patients were divided into four groups: healthy control group(n = 50),mild OSAHS group(n = 50),moderate OSAHS group(n = 50)and severe OSAHS group(n = 50).The differences and interrelationships of serum apoC Ⅲ,apoAV,CIMT,LSao2 and MSao2,were compared among the four groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the serum levels of RLP-C,RLP-C and CIMT were higher and the levels of apoAV were lower in OSAHS group(P < 0.05).The results of pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum RLP-C and apoCⅢ in each group were positively correlated with CIMT and AHI(P< 0 05),The level of apoAV was negatively correlated with CIMT and AHI(P< 0 05),There was a positivecorrelation between AHI and CIMT.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that RLP-C and AHI were independently correlated with CIMT in patients with OSAHS(P<0 05).Conclusion:In patients with OSAHS,the serum apoCIII and apoAV level increased,RLP-C and AHI were independently related to the carotid intima-media thickness. |
