| Objective: This article aims to investigate the Apo A-1 and Apo B levels in the serum of OSAHS patients and the calculation of the ratio between Apo B and Apolipoprotein A-1 to explore OSAHS patients with Apo B/Apo A-1 The correlation between the level and the changes of head MRI imaging. Methods: In this study,110 patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from November 2018 to December 2020 and were diagnosed as OSAHS after the improvement of polysomnography monitoring were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into 35 healthy control group(AHI < 5)according to sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI).There were 30 patients in mild OSAHS group(5≤AHI < 15),34 patients in moderate OSAHS group(16≤AHI < 30),and 46 patients in severe OSAHS group(AHI≥30).According to the sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),they were divided into 29 healthy controls(AHI<5),30 patients in the OSAHS mild group(5≤AHI<15),OSAHS There were 34 in the moderate group(16≤AHI<30),and 46 in the OSAHS severe group(AHI≥30).All the selected subjects were collected fasting blood for biochemical index detection and perfected head MRI examination, collected general data, blood biochemical index, head MRI showed intracranial ischemic focus and the number of cases of infarct focus, etc.,and used SPSS20.0 software to control The collected information is analyzed statistically. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender composition between the OSAHS groups and the control group(P>0.05);2.TC,TG,LDL,Apo B and Apo B/Apo A-1 in each OSAHS group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);3.Apo B/Apo A-1,TC,and LDL are one of the absolute risk factors for cerebral ischemia in patients with OSAHS(P<0.05);4.The AUC of LDL is 0.889,the standard error of the area It is0.038,the AUC of Apo B/Apo A-1 is 0.902,the standard error of the area is 0.038,the above indicators are all statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The levels of Apo B,Apo B/Apo A-1 in the OSAHS group were significantly higher than those in the control group, suggesting that OSAHS patients may be more likely to have lipid metabolism disorders in the body than normal people;2.OSAHS patients are at risk of intracranial ischemic focus Factors include BMI,AHI,Apo B/Apo A-1,TC,and LDL.Each increase of one standard deviation of the above indicators will increase the risk of ischemic stroke in patients with OSAHS.TC,LDL are the absolute risk factors for cerebral ischemia in patients with OSAHS;3.Compared with other lipid levels,Apo B/Apo A-1 has more predictive value in predicting cerebral ischemia in patients with OSAHS;4.Clinically,OSAHS patients should be alert to the occurrence of cerebral ischemia when Apo B/Apo A-1 is elevated. |
