Pastoral community,which is different from urban and rural communities,has its own uniqueness in both natural environment and human environment.This study taking G gacha in siziwang banner of Inner Mongolia as an example,using literature research and field research.And this study is based on the theory of "four basic systems" proposed by pinks and minahan,and based on the reciprocity model of group work.The actual situation of the medical mutual assistance group carried out in G Gacha is organized and introduced by the study.It also analyze and think about the process of practice.The introduction of this article explains the research background,relevant literature,concept definition,basic theories research significance,and research methods;Chapter 1 It is to introduce the basicoverview of the G Gacha in Siziwang Banner of Inner Mongolia.It also analyzes the development status of the group work in Inner Mongolia and the feasibility of application group work.Chapter 2 discusses the actual situation of group work in pastoral community,there are three groups in total,which have both successful experience and failure lessons,At the same time,the group was evaluated;Chapter 3 analyzes the problems encountered in the group work based on the "four basic systems" theory;Chapter 4 proposes corresponding solutions and makes reflection on the process of practice and oneself.The study attempts to explore the applicable methods of group work in the pastoral community through the practice and reflection of carrying out medical mutual assistance in the pastoral community,and through the intervention of the group work to enhance the mutual assistance of the pastoral people,build a medical mutual assistance system covering the entire pastoral community Herdsmen’s ability to respond to disease risks.At the same time,it also hopes to provide new ideas for social work to intervene in the pastoral community,further promote the development of social work in pastoral areas,and promote the localization of social work.
