Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The cases included were 12 hospitalized patients in-2017 December 2016.All the data of the clinical study are statistically analyzed by computer software. It is divided into three groups,A,B and C.The number is according to 1:1:1.A group: the use of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine pelvic floor muscle training and urination function training rehabilitation techniques;Group B:Traditional Chinese medicine plus acupuncture plus moxibustion combined with western medicine pelvic floor muscle training and urination effect of group C was not obvious. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical score of urinary incontinence was compared. The curative effect of the three groups before and after treatment was compared, the A group and the B group were significantly different(p<0.05),and theeffect of group C was not obvious. After treatment,A group,C group,B group,C group,A group and B group were compared.A group and B group had better effect in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke, and the difference was not significant,C group had no obvious effect. However, according to the total effective value of three groups, the results of group A and group B were significantly better than that of group C,and the total effective rate of group B was better than that of group A.group A and group B,group A and B were effective in the treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy. The effect of group C was not obvious. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical degree of incontinence was compared. The curative effect of the three groups before and after treatment was compared, the A group and the B group were significantly different(p<0.05),and the effect of group C was not obvious. After treatment,A group,C group,B group,C group,A group and B group were compared.A group and B group had better effect on the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke, and the difference was not significant,C group had no obvious effect. However, according to the total effective value of three groups, the results of group A and group B were significantly better than group C,and the total effective rate of B group was better than that of A group. The quality of life scores of patients with urinary incontinence were compared. There was a significant difference between the three groups in the quality of life before and after treatment. There was a significant difference between group A and group B(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups were effective, while the p=0.65>0.05 in group C,therefore, the effect of C group was not obvious. After treatment,A group,C group compared to B group and C group were compared, significant difference(p<0.05),specific A group and B group compared to P>0.05,indicating no significant difference between the two groups.According to the total score of the three groups, the results of group A and group B were significantly better than those of group C.The average total score of group A and group B was 82.85 points, and the group of B was 88.02 points, indicating that B group had better quality of life score than those of A group after treatment for stroke incontinence. Conclusion: A group with Acupuncture plus moxibustion combined with westernmedicine pelvic floor muscle training and urination function training rehabilitation technique is effective in the treatment of post apoplectic incontinence.Group B acupuncture plus moxibustion combined with western medicine pelvic floor muscle training and urination function training and rehabilitation techniques for the treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy is also effective. There was no statistical difference in the total effect between the two groups, but from the specific efficiency value to evaluate the two methods, the effective rate of the group B was better than that of the A group.Chinese medicine plus acupuncture plus moxibustion combined with Western pelvic floor muscle training and urination function training for rehabilitation treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke has improved clinical symptoms, urinary incontinence and quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence. It shows that TCM Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in the treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy. |
