Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Du Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke

Objective: observe and evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion on urinary incontinence after stroke of kidney yang deficiency type,and provide a feasible treatment for urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods: This experiment collected 60 cases of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke of kidney yang deficiency type who were hospitalized from April 2020 to December 2020.All 60 patients were selected from the outpatient and inpatients of Acupuncture Department of our hospital(Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine),and met the requirements of diagnosis and inclusion.According to the random number table method,they were divided into acupuncture plus Du moxibustion group(treatment group)with 30 cases and simple acupuncture group(control group)with 30 cases.The control group acupuncture points: Baihui,Sishencong,dandashu,Shenshu,Huiyang,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongji touqugu,Shuidao touhui.The acupuncture points and methods of the treatment group were the same as those of the control group.Both groups were given basic treatment of stroke according to the patient’s condition,including oral western medicine,acupuncture,rehabilitation training,etc.Acupuncture once a day,10 days a course of treatment,each course of treatment rest 2 days,a total of 3 courses of treatment;Du moxibustion once every 4 days,a total of 8 times.Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment within 24 hours of the average daily urine volume and daily micturition times,ICIQ-SF score,kidney yang deficiency syndrome score and the degree of urinary incontinence,using spss26.0 for data statistics and analysis,and then make the curative effect evaluation.Result:1.There was no difference between the two groups in the average daily urine volume within 24 hours before treatment(P>0.05);The average daily urine volume in 24 hours after treatment in the two groups was significantly increased,and the daily micturition frequency was significantly decreased,which was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the average daily urine volume and daily micturition times of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).2.There was no difference in ICIQ-SF score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The ICIQ-SF scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.There was no difference in the degree of incontinence between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The degree of incontinence in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);The degree of incontinence in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.There was no difference in the score of kidney yang deficiency before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);The score of kidney yang deficiency symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);The score of kidney yang deficiency symptom in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and that of the treatment group was 86.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion group and simple acupuncture group were effective in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke of kidney yang deficiency type.and the effective rate of acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion group was better than that of simple acupuncture group.2.Both the acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion group and the simple acupuncture group could increase the daily average urine volume within 24 hours,reduce the daily micturition frequency,improve the symptoms related to urinary incontinence,relieve the symptoms of kidney yang deficiency and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence.The improvement degree of the acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the simple acupuncture group.3.Acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion is an economical,convenient,safe and reliable characteristic therapy,which can be applied in clinical practice after further study.
