Objective:To investigate the inflammatory mediators and Isocitrate dehydr ogenase mutations(IDH1))in the blood of glioma patients.Inflammatory markers studied in this study included:Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-lymp-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),c-reactive protein(CRP)and red cell distribution width(RDW).Therefore, the classification, biochemistry and treatment of glioma can be predicted preoperatively. Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,cases were retrospectively analyzed in Shanxi Province people’s hospital neurosurgery biochemical diagnosis of glioma in our hospital 410 cases of patients, selected meet the requirements of the study,227 patients with glioma were age, sex, site, neutrophil, lymphocyte value,C-reactive protein, the level of glioma,IDH1 mutations type, such as clinical data, using the number of cases(percentage)of patients with count data is described.Experimental group and control group were designed according to IDH1 mutation or not.The rank sum test was used for the inter-group comparison of measurement data, and the chi-square test was used for the inter-group comparison of counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant, and the relationship between IDH1 and inflammatory markers was studied.Results:1.A total of 227 cases(136 cases(59.9%)and 91 cases(40.1%)of females met the inclusion criteria, among which the patients were 52 years old(44-59 years old). The median neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio was 3.8(2.3~7.1).The median platelet to lymphocyte ratio was 162.9(118.7~199.3),and the median erythrocyte distribution width was 13.1(12.6-14.9).2.In the study,it was found that there was no significant correlation between the basic information of patients and the occurrence of mutations except grade, and the incidence of IDH1 mutation in patients with low-grade glioma was higher than that in patients with high-grade glioma(p<0.001).3.Through data analysis,it was found that there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the low-grade glioma group and the high-grade glioma group(p>0.05),that is,the grade of glioma had little effect on the relationship between inflammatory factors.4.IDH1 mutations in glioma patients can cause a decrease in inflammatory markers NLR,PLR,CRP and RDW,including IDH1 mutations and NLR(z= 3.401 p =0.001),IDH1 mutations and CR p(z= 3.662 p <0.001),IDH1 mutations and PLR(z= 2.250 p =0.202),IDH1 mutations and RDW(z= 2.035 p =0.042).Conclusion IDH1 mutation is correlated with the decrease of inflammatory markers NLR,PLR,CRP and RDW,and the positive correlation between the decrease of NLR and CRP is the best. Conclusion:Preoperative blood routine examination and c-reactive protein examination can be used to calculate the value of inflammatory markers(NLR,PLR,CRP,RDW)of the patients to predict whether there is IDH1 mutation, among which low NLR and CRP are most correlated with IDH1 mutation.
