| Objective:To expiore the clinical value of kunxian capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis diagnosed in the department of nephrology of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 with 24-hour urinary protein quantification between 1 and 3g and serum creatinine less than 133umol/L were collected and divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group received orally kunxian capsule,and the control group received orally tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets.The observatian course was 3months.Changs of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST),Urea,serum creatinine(SCr),albumin(ALB)and 24-hour urinary protein quantification(24h-upro)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was recorded.Results:(1)after 3 months of treatment,the total response rate of kunxian capsule group was higher than that of the control group(90%vs66.67%,=4.812,P=0.028).(2)the comparison of 24h-upro between the treatment group of kunxian capsule and the control group of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets before and after treatment showed significant improvement.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed a more significant decrease(t=-2.676,P=0.025).(3)comparison of ALT,AST,ALB,Tokyo,SCr before and after treatment between the treatment group with kunxian capsule and the control group with tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside tablets showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)the incidence of adverse events in the treatment group of kunxian capsule was significantly lower than that in the control group(=4.267,P=0.039).Conclusion:kunxian capsule is superior to tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in reducing urinary protein level in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,and has less side effects. |
