Visual Analysis Of Domestic And Foreign Palliative Care Research Based On Knowledge Map

Objective:Utilizing the advantages of scientific knowledge atlas in the field of information mining,since 2003-2018,a visual analysis of the literature data on the field of palliative care in the domestic database China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and foreign database Web Of Science(WOS).The aim is to provide a reference for the research and practice of palliative care in China.Methods:With the help of the CiteSpace software,a mapping tool for scientific knowledge maps,the analysis of 2194 literatures on palliative care research in the domestic database CNKI and 7902 literatures on palliative care research in the foreign database WOS was analyzed,including the keyword co-occurrence map,time zone Graph Atlas,Literature Co-Citation Atlas,Keyword Cluster Atlas,Author Atlas,Institution Atlas and Country Atlas.Use theories such as word frequency analysis,co-citation analysis,co-citation analysis,and cluster analysis to analyze and analyze research hotspots,research frontiers,key node literature,authors,institutions,to learn about developments in the field of palliative care at home and abroad.Results:The research contents of hospice therapy in China mainly focus on the theory of hospice therapy.The research frontier is mainly focused on the field of cancer(advanced cancer and malignant tumor).Secondly,hospice care,especially quality care,is expected to become an emerging research trend.The authors of hospice care in China are divided into two categories: one belongs to hospitals,the other to medical colleges in universities.The research frontiers of hospice care abroad mainly focus on three aspects: randomized controlled trials of hospice care,hospice care for children and hospice care for patients with advanced cancer(especially lung cancer).Research institutions are mainly comprehensive universities,the most active country in the study is the United States.China is slightly behind other countries,ranking15 th.Conclusion:Research on hospice care in foreign countries is very extensive,involving various aspects of hospice care,while China’s hospice care has a short development course and a slow development process,which still lags behind the international level.The model and service system of hospice care based on China’s national conditions need to be further explored.In the study of hospice care,it is necessary to strengthen the application research of hospice care theory,pay attention to the quantitative research of hospice care,and appropriately change the research direction of hospice care.In the practice of hospice care,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among hospice care researchers,promote the development of hospice care at home,and pay attention to the hospice care group of children.
