Visual Analysis Of Long Term Care Insurance Research At Home And Abroad

Objective This paper will explore the status quo of long-term care insurance research at home and abroad,as well as the gap between domestic and foreign research and causes,draw on the advanced points of international long-term care insurance research,promote the connection between domestic long-term care insurance research and international platforms,and provide ideas and suggestions for the theoretical and practical research of domestic long-term care insurance.Methods The data came from the core da Tableases of CNKI and Web of Science.After obtaining the data,Cite Space software was used to analyze the data and draw the map of scientific knowledge.In the whole research process,literature analysis and visualization analysis are used to analyze the research status,and word frequency analysis,cluster analysis and comparative analysis are used to discuss the hot spots,frontier,authors,institutions and countries(regions)in the research field of long-term care insurance at home and abroad,so as to understand the development status of long-term care insurance at home and abroad.Results(1)A total of 1218 long-term care insurance-related documents were retrieved from CNKI,a domestic database.By plotting the line chart of the number of articles published in domestic long-term care insurance,it can be known that the number of domestic long-term care insurance documents generally shows an upward trend with each year.In WOS database,a total of 2635 long-term care insurance documents were retrieved.By plotting the line chart of international long-term care insurance,it can be seen that the number of international long-term care insurance documents generally increases with time.(2)In the aspect of research subject:(1)Draw the co-occurrence network map of domestic authors with node 430 and connection 183;Co-occurrence network map of international authors with node 632 and connection 842.The domestic research authors mainly include Jing Tao(13 articles),Dai Weidong(12 articles)and Wang Ying(11 articles).The number of articles published by each research author is small and the close degree of linkage between the research authors can be seen.The research authors in the field of international long-term care insurance mainly include ICHIRO TSUJI(44 articles),YASUTAKE TOMATA(39 articles)and YUMI SUGAWARA(29 articles).The number of articles published by each research author is higher than that in China and the contact is mostly cooperation among small groups.(2)Draw the co-occurrence map of domestic long-term care insurance institutions with node 315 and connection 93;Map of cooperative network of international long-term care insurance institutions with node 482 and connection 516.Domestic research institutions mainly include university of international business and economics Insurance College(33 articles),Central University of Finance and Economics Insurance College(16 articles),Shanghai University of Engineering Technology(14 articles).Observing the connection of maps,it is known that most research institutions conduct research independently.(3)There are mainly 1260 papers published in the United States,397 papers published in Japan and 204 papers published in Taiwan Province,China,which are closely related to each other.There are mainly Harvard Univ(75 articles),Univ Michigan(62 articles)and Nati Yang Ming Univ(60 articles)in international long-term care insurance research institutions.Observing the atlas,we know that the research institutions are closely related.(3)In terms of research hotspots:(1)A co-occurrence map of domestic long-term care insurance research keywords with node 544 and connection 1890 was drawn.The key words of long-term care insurance in China are "long-term care insurance"(872 times),"population aging"(320 times)and long-term care(163 times).There are 22 clusters in domestic clustering,and the Q value is0.3144>0.3,indicating that the structural network of clustering is significant;The S value is 0.9711>0.5,and the clustering result is reasonable.The hot contents displayed by clustering are mainly "the background of population aging","domestic and international experience","long-term care insurance system and form" and "long-term care insurance related process";(2)Draw the keyword co-occurrence map of international long-term care insurance with node 541 and connection 902.The key words of international long-term Care Insurance are "care"(461 times),"Mortality"(333 times)and "insurance"(303 times).A total of 21 cluster color blocks are obtained by international clustering,with Q value of 0.4851>0.3 and S value of 0.8485>0.5 The hot spots displayed by clustering mainly focus on "long-term care insurance coverage objects","long-term care insurance qualification determination","long-term care insurance system related forms" and "nursing forms".(4)In terms of research frontier:(1)A total of 12 mutant words have been obtained in domestic long-term care insurance research,and the research frontier mainly focuses on "the feasibility and necessity of implementing long-term care insurance and the research on the implementation mode of long-term care insurance";"Research on the financing model of long-term care insurance";And "developing a long-term care insurance system suitable for China’s national conditions under the mode of combining medical care with nursing care".(2)A total of 15 mutant words have been obtained from international long-term care insurance research,and the research frontier mainly focuses on "research on diseases of insured objects";"Cost difference between different insured people";"The quality of long-term care services is timely and long";"The classification of the insured and the demand and implementation of long-term care insurance" and "the rationality of each system in the implementation process".Conclusions and suggestions The achievements in the field of long-term care insurance research are on the rise,and researchers at home and abroad pay more attention to long-term care insurance,but the research strength of long-term care insurance in China is weak;Research hotspots have not yet been in line with international standards;And the research field of long-term care insurance in China needs to be broadened.It is suggested that the theoretical research of long-term care insurance in China should pay attention to the research difficulties and broaden the research horizon;Break down the main barriers,increase cooperation,and adhere to the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.We should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice in the practical research of long-term care insurance;Expand the scope and coverage of the pilot and optimize the evaluation system to improve the service level.
