Objective:In order to understand the current status of clinical thinking ability of medical students,this study takes the fifth-grade medical students of a comprehensive university as the research object,analyzes the impact of general demographic characteristics,school training status and training of internship hospitals on the clinical thinking ability of medical students.The question also provides references and suggestions for the cultivation of medical students’ clinical thinking ability and teaching reform in Medical colleges,and at the same time provides a reference for the hospital to evaluate and evaluate the clinical thinking ability of medical students.Methods:Through the questionnaire survey method,393 questionnaires were distributed to medical students in the fifth grade of clinical medicine in a comprehensive university.A total of 370 questionnaires were recovered,of which 351 were valid and the effective recovery rate was 89.31%.The questionnaire includes two parts: general information questionnaire(demographic characteristics,training status at school and training of internship hospitals)and "Clinical Thinking Ability Evaluation Form for Medical Students".Use Excel 2010 to establish a database,and enter the data for two persons.Use SPSS 24.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data.The count data is described as a percentage.The measurement data is expressed as(mean ± standard deviation).T test,analysis of variance or chi-square test Single factor analysis was performed,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.The test level was α=0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The clinical thinking ability score of 351 medical students in this survey is(70.74?9.90)points,which is at a high level.Among them,66(18.80%)scored 80-100 points,which is a very good level,and 239(68.09%)scored 60-80 points,which is a good level,and 40-60 points,that is,the general level.There are 46(13.11%)people,and the number of people who score below 40 is 0(0%).The scores of clinical thinking ability from high to low are: systemic thinking ability(34.35?4.64)points,critical thinking ability(19.04?2.77)points,and evidence-based thinking ability(17.36?4.05)points.2.The top five scoring items in each dimension of clinical thinking ability are "seeking the truth(3.98?0.74)points ","the degree of grasp of basic and clinical knowledge,the ability to recognize the degree of clinical symptoms and signs(3.86?0.80)points ","availability of auxiliary examinations(3.84?0.79)points "," Open mind(3.83?0.79)points "," knowledge of knowledge(3.80?0.79)points ",the five items with the lower scores are " the ability to strictly evaluate the literature and the quality of evidence reviewed according to the existing evidence-based evaluation standards,the use of evidence-based medicine(2.89?1.01)points ","The ability of databases and the Internet to retrieve information and evidence(2.90?1.02)points ","scientific research capacity(2.91?1.07)points","awareness of evidence-based medicine(2.96?1.01)points"," effectively integrate the medical students: After multiple linear regression analysis,it is concluded that gender,frequency of reading medical literature,understanding of clinical thinking ability,satisfaction with the thinking ability.Analysis of influential factors on the dimension of evidence-based thinking ability of medical students: after multiple linear regression analysis,it is concluded that ability.Conclusions:1.The medical students’ clinical thinking ability of this school is at a relatively high level.Among them,the score of systemic thinking ability is the highest,and the evidence-based thinking ability score is the lowest among the clinical thinking ability scores.2.The items with the highest scores in each dimension of the clinical thinking ability evaluation scale are "questions for seeking truth," and the ones with the lowest scores are "strictly evaluated the quality of the documents and evidence consulted according to the existing evidence-based evaluation
