Research On The Development Strategy Of QL Hospital Under The Background Of Comprehensive Reform Of Urban Hospitals

With the continuous development of the social economy,the living standard of the residents in our country is also increasing,people are starting to pursue a healthier life as a goal,so the demand for medical and health industry is increasing,but there is a certain contradiction between the great medical demand and the lack of medical and health resources in our country.To alleviate this contradiction,China started a new round of medical system reform in 2008,and issued the guidance on the pilot of the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals in 2015.Under this background,the urban public hospitals should go smoothly and change their development strategy in time so as to meet the needs of the reform.QL hospital was built in 1890.It is the first large three a comprehensive hospital of local scale and medical technology.In the wave of comprehensive reform of urban hospitals,QL hospital has also been greatly affected.Therefore,this article takes QL hospital as the research object,and studies its development strategy,which aims to provide the decision thinking for the QL hospital to improve the management level and operation efficiency in the context of the comprehensive reform of the urban hospital.This paper uses literature research,research and analysis,qualitative analysis and comparative analysis to study the results and theories of relevant literature at home and abroad,which is the basis of this study.And then investigate the actual situation of QL hospital,collect relevant data,compare the changes of the medical resources pattern,the potential patient base,the hospital revenue and expenditure structure,the medical supervision and so on before and after the comprehensive reform of the public hospital of the public hospitals of the city of QL.Using PEST and Potter five force model to analyze the external development environment of QL hospital,combined with its internal ability,using the SWOT strategic analysis method to determine the optimal strategy for the development of QL hospital is ST strategy,and the sub optimal strategy is SO strategy.According to the implementation of the strategy,six suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of medical couplet,realize the fine cost control,improve the talent echelon,strengthen the construction of the Department,improve the ability of logistic support and improve the medical service ability.Through the analysis of this article,it is clear that the best strategy for the development war of QL hospital under the background of the comprehensive reform of urban hospital is ST strategy,the sub optimal strategy is SO strategy,the QL hospital should smooth the reform of the public hospital in the city,take the correct development strategy and implement measures,actively respond,and not only benefit the QL hospital to deal with the city hospital comprehensive.The reform also pointed out the way for QL hospital to further develop and grow under the premise of maintaining the existing competitive advantage.
