Objective:A meta-analysis method was used to evaluate the clinical effect,neurological function recovery and prognosis improvement of hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:In this study,PubMed,Cochrane Library,web of science,Wan fang Data,China How Net,Chinese biomedical journal database,VIP database and other Chinese and English databases were searched,and the relevant literature on hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage published from January 2000 to January 2020 was collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,18 literatures were included,and data extraction and quality method bias risk assessment were carried out.After that,Revman 5.3 software was used to calculate the combined effect amount for meta-analysis,and subgroup analysis was used for significant heterogeneity to evaluate the stability and reliability of the results.Finally,Using Stata software to do egger funnel analysis and publish bias.Results:A total of 1483 patients were enrolled in 18 RCTs.The results of meta analysis were as follows: the total effective rate(RR = 1.24,95% CI [1.17,1.32],P < 0.00001),good prognosis rate(RR = 1.43,95% CI [1.24,1.65],P < 0.00001),deterioration rate(RR = 0.32,95% CI [0.15,0.71],P < 0.00001),NIHSS score [SMD =-0.69] within one month after treatment,95% CI(-1.36,-0.03),P = 0.04],NIHSS score [SMD =-1.15,95% CI(-1.36,-0.94),P < 0.0001],NIHSS score [SMD =-1.87,95% CI(-2.28,-1.47),P < 0.0001] after 2 months of treatment were lower than the control group;ADL score of daily living ability(SMD = 1.15,P < 0.0001)after 1 month of treatment,95% CI(0.42,2.59),P < 0.0001,ADL score of daily living ability(SMD = 4.49,95% CI(3.84,5.13),P < 0.0001,fug1 Meyer motor score(SMD = 4.78,95% CI(3.60,5.96),P < 0.0001)after 2 months of treatment were better than the control group,and fug1 Meyer motor score(SMD = 1.67)after 1 month of treatment,95% CI(-0.02,3.36),P = 0.05),there was no significant difference.Conclusion:(1)Hyperbaric oxygen can improve the total effective rate of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage;(2)hyperbaric oxygen can promote the recovery of neurological function;(3)hyperbaric oxygen can improve the ability of daily life and motor function of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,improve their prognosis.
