Study On The Management Of Voluntary Blood Donation In Chongqing

China’s blood donation has gone through the transformation from paid to unpaid.At present,100% of the blood used in clinical practice in China has come from free blood donation.However,combined with the specific situation of clinical blood use in China,it is difficult to meet the clinical blood demand in a short time due to the influence of many factors.In order to ensure that the development of voluntary blood donation is more sustainable,voluntary blood donation service organizations have been set up in various places to carry out voluntary blood donation service.As an important social public welfare,voluntary blood donation service mainly includes publicity,recruitment and blood donation service,which lays an important foundation and plays an important role in promoting the smooth development of the cause of voluntary blood donation in various regions.In this paper,Chongqing voluntary blood donation as the research object,using interview,observation,literature research and many other methods,to investigate the actual situation of voluntary service management,analysis and clarify the specific problems.Through the reference of mature experience at home and abroad,the corresponding improvement suggestions and measures are put forward for specific problems.This paper includes the following contents:The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the practical significance and background of the research work,combs and expounds the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the methods and ideas selected in this paper.The second part is an overview of the management of voluntary blood donation.Including the definition of related concepts,theoretical basis and the role and significance of voluntary blood donation.This paper defines the concept of voluntary service,voluntary organization and voluntary blood donation service,and expounds the content of expectation theory,social situation factor theory,humanistic management theory and other related theories.The third part,management status.This paper studies the current situation of the development of voluntary blood donation service in Chongqing and the management measures used in recruitment,evaluation,training,etc.in combination with interview and observation methods,it investigates the voluntary blood donation volunteers and managers in Chongqing,and makes an in-depth study on the specific situation of voluntary blood donation service management.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of voluntary service management of blood donation in Chongqing.Mainly from the management system,management means,laws and regulations and financing several aspects summed up the current management of voluntary blood donation problems,and based on the problems clear reasons.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of voluntary blood donation service management in Chongqing.Based on the mature practices and experience of some domestic cities and developed countries in the management of voluntary blood donation,this paper puts forward suggestions and measures for improvement through improving the financing system,improving the management means,strengthening the system construction and many other aspects.
