Objective: To explore the relationship between CK19?TTF-1?VEGF and the clinicopathological features of thyroid cancer by detecting the expression of cytokeratin19(CK19),thyroid-specific transcription factor-1(TTF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in thyroid cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. Methods: Collect specimens of cancer tissues and adjacent tissues from our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019,and use SP method to detect the expression of CK19,TTF-1 and VEGF in thyroid cancer and adjacent tissues.Combined with clinical data for analysis.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data using statistical methods such as mean ± standard deviation,chi-square test, and non-parametric rank correlation analysis. The test criterion was statistically significant at P <0.05.Results: CK19 is expressed in cytoplasm, and the positive expression rate(80.90%)in thyroid cancer is higher than that in adjacent tissues(10.11%).The results are statistically different(P<0.05).TTF-1 was localized in the nucleus, and the positive expression rate(74.61%)of thyroid cancer was lower than that of adjacent tissues(83.33%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VEGF expression site was cytoplasm, and the positive expression rate(88.76%)in thyroid cancer was higher than that in adjacent tissues(10.11%).The results were statistically different(P<0.05).CK19 had the highest positive expression rate in papillary thyroid carcinoma, and strong positive expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues, and the expression rate was higher than TTF-1 and VEGF,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of TTF-1 was the lowest in undifferentiated thyroid cancer. The positive expression rate of TTF-1 expression in thyroid cancer stage ? / ? group was higher than that in stage ? / ? group(P<0.05),and it was positive in low age group. The expression rate was higher in the age group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.CK19 and TTF-1 were negatively correlated in different pathological types of thyroid cancer(r=-0.602,r=-0.460,P<0.05).The expressions of CK19,TTF-1,and VEGF in thyroid cancer were measured separately: the sensitivity of VEGF was the highest(88.76%);the specificityof CK19 and VEGF were both high at 89.89%;the positive predictive value and the negative predictive value were the highest, respectively 89.77%,88.89%.Conclusions: 1.CK19 is strongly positive and highly expressed in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues, which can be used as an indicator for differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.2.VEGF can identify benign and malignant thyroid lesions, and combined with TTF-1 detection has certain help in studying the biological behavior characteristics of thyroid cancer.3.Combined detection of CK19,TTF-1,and VEGF can improve the diagnosis rate of thyroid cancer.4.To provide theoretical basis for clinically targeted therapy of thyroid cancer.
