Study On The Expression Of NLRP3 In Plasma Of Patients With Chronic Heart Failure And Its Correlation With NT-proBNP

Objective: In this study,the levels of NLRP3 and its downstream inflammatory factor interleukin 1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)in the peripheral blood plasma of patients with chronic heart failure and patients with undiagnosed heart failure who were admitted at the same time were investigated to explore its occurrence in heart failure And its role in the development process,the relationship between plasma NLRP3,interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and NT-proBNP was further analyzed.So put forward new ideas for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods: Thirty-five chronic heart failure patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College from June 2019 to October 2019 were selected into the observation group,and 35 patients without heart failure who were hospitalized during the same period were included in the control group.Collect clinical general information,mainly including: age,gender,12-ead electrocardiography(ECG),cardiac ultrasound results,New York Heart Function Classification(NYHA),blood routine and biochemical test results,serum N-terminal B N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)test results.The peripheral blood plasma of patients was isolated and extracted,and the contents of NLRP3 and IL-1β in the plasma of patients in each group were measured using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Compare and analyze all the above general information,clinical biochemical indicators and laboratory indicators,and statistical analysis of all data differences,explore the role of plasma NLRP3 and its downstream factor IL-1β in heart failure and its relationship with NT-proBNP Relevance.This experimental design has been reviewed by the Ethics Committee of Shihezi University Hospital.Result: Basic information of the research object: The clinical data of the experimental group and the control group are shown in Table 1.Among them,EF value,creatinine,uric acid,random blood glucose,and NT-proBNP were different between the two groups(P>0.05),and the rest were not different(P>0.05);1.The levels of NLRP3 and IL-1β in the peripheral blood serum of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.Correlation analysis:1)The correlation between IL-1β in plasma and NLRP3 in plasma in each group was positive,with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.254,(P<0.05).2)There was no correlation between NLRP3、IL-1β and NT-proBNP in the plasma of the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Plasma NLRP3 and its downstream factor IL-1β are increased in patients with chronic heart failure;2.The correlation between NLRP3 and its downstream factor IL-1β in plasma was positive,and there was no significant correlation with BNP value.
