With the development of economy and the increasing mobility of population,the emergency management of infectious diseases has become more and more complex,so the management of occupational safety protection is particularly important.At present,the doctor-patient relationship is becoming increasingly tense and the medical environment is becoming increasingly harsh.Medical workers are in a high-intensity and high-risk working state for a long time,and the risk of occupational exposure is also increasing.China occupational safety protection management of infectious diseases has made certain achievements,but as time changes and the development of science,also appeared some problems need to be solved,since in 2015 by the state development planning commission issued of a file,the China disease prevention and control work in progress "capability to feedback to the infectious disease prevention and control work of our country has obvious improvement,disease prevention and control work has obtained certain achievements,but still faces many challenges.On February 14,2020,the National Health Commission reported that as of 24:00 on February 11,medical staff in China had confirmed 1716 cases of the novel Coronavirus infection,accounting for 3.8% of the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases,among which 6 were fatal,accounting for 0.4% of the total number of deaths.Therefore,it is the most urgent task to attach importance to the occupational health and safety of medical staff and strengthen the management of occupational safety protection.To reduce the harm of infectious diseases,it is necessary to improve the health service system,strengthen occupational safety protection and management,and strengthen prevention and control of infectious diseases.Objective: To understand the status quo of occupational exposure of medical staff in Jiangxi Infectious Disease Hospital,explore and carry out occupational protection and safety management measures,and finally achieve the goal of improving medical staff's awareness of blood-borne occupational protection,regulating the operation behavior of diagnosis and treatment,and reducing theoccurrence of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.Research methods:Using cn KI,Weipu,Wanfang and other databases to complete the thesis retrieval related to the graduation thesis;Make full use of the Internet for data retrieval and collection.Collect the Registration Form of occupational Exposure case in Nanchang Ninth Hospital.Research conclusions: in this paper on the basis of the research at home and abroad,the running status of occupational safety management in jiangxi province has carried on the multiple perspectives analysis,with a real case illustrates the jiangxi nanchang ninth hospital occupational safety protection management exists some holes,in the implementation of the occupational safety management are discussed exposed the limitations,such as protection from medical personnel protection consciousness difference,the hospital management synergy mechanism is weak,lack of a sound legal protection,etc.;At the same time,it is also believed that the existing imbalance of medical resources and the government's support and protection are also important factors restricting occupational safety.The paper combining with the status and development trend of economic level in jiangxi province,on the basis of the theory of management control,collaborative governance theory,emergency management theory to guide,to explore the corresponding countermeasures of management of occupational protection,such as occupational safety management duties,subject construction of occupational safety and health management environment,improve the occupational safety control system,finally realizes the medical personnel health and safety.
