Objective1.To investigate hospital infection protection behavior of dental health-care personnel and provided evidence to further study.2.To improve the implementation rate of the normative poeration.3. Improve the conscious of hospital infection prevention and control among dental health-care personnel,reduce the occupational exposure risk of the infectious diseases,prevent cross infection,to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients.Methods During the first stage,on literature review and also opinion from experts, a questionnaire was designed, In order to investigate hospital infection protection behaviors among dental health-care personnel. During the second stage,establishment of dental hospital infection study group,preparation of learning materials,invite the experts to organize dental hospital infection education training,The training lasted six months, a total of 48 hours.The training content is divided into three parts:Hand hygiene, occupational protection of dental operation, oral each specialized subject of medical apparatus and instruments, equipment specification.During the third stage,covert observation on dental health-care personnel and collect their infecton control behavior,evaluate the effection of the training.Results1.According to the preliminary survey, new dental practitioners hand hygiene behavior,behavior of occupational protection, regulate the behavior of using oral appliances,equipment score were45.21±3.00?27.75±2.81?43.16±2.84.2.Washing hands before wear gloves and after remove gloves,to guide patients to mouthwash before treatment, flushing devices before and after each patient,etc 16 items such as score lower than 2.8, and the compliance is poor.3.After the system of hospital infection training, most of the hospital infection prevention and control act enforced obviously improved, the difference was statistically significant.4. "Big workload" is the most important factors that affect the occupational protection measures to perform(32.5%), lack of effective supervision mechanism also account for certain proportion(31.3%), the remaining two obstacles factor is the awareness of occupational protection defects(18.1%), and personal responsibility lack(18.1%).Conclusions1.The compliance of infection control should be enhance.2.Systematic hospital infection education among fresh dental health-care personnel should be detailed, constantly analyze the advantages and obstacles encountered in the practice,lay emphasis on the process of feedback, and timely adjusting strategy methods, thus continually promoting infection control measures.3.Optimizing the allocation of manpower resource,implement four hands operation or six hands operation.
