Purpose:Observe and compare the improvement of breast masses, breast sinuses, breast fistulas, skin surface ulceration, and breast pain with different external treatments.Explore this combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat granulomas The effectiveness and feasibility of lobular mastitis in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical promotion and application.Method:The study cases originated from 60 patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis who were treated in the breast surgery clinic of XXX Hospital from January 1,2018 to December31,2019.Different external treatment methods were used, respectively,in the treatment group Thirty patients underwent breast abscess incision and drainage, oral antibiotics(Cefdinir 1capsule Tid),and traditional Chinese medicine for pus removal and removal of rot;30 patients in the control group received breast abscess incision and drainage, oral antibiotics(Cefdinir 1Tid)treatment.The 60 patients all used color Doppler examination to evaluate the maximum diameter of breast tumors before and after treatment, probed the number of sinuses and fistula of the breast with a probe, and measured the maximum diameter of the skin surface ulcer with a scale. The VAS score was used to evaluate the degree of breast pain before and after treatment. The patients were reassessed by telephone during the three months after surgery to understand the patient’s satisfaction with breast appearance, breast function, and recurrence.Collect the basic data of 60 patients and conduct corresponding statistical analysis to evaluate the effect of different external treatment methods on granulomatous lobular mastitis.Result:1.The treatment group and control group were compared in terms of patient age, breast mass size, number of breast sinuses, number of breast fistulas, skin ulceration, and breast pain before treatment. The differences were not statistically significant, and the situation was comparable.Sexual equilibrium(p> 0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores(1)Comparison within the group: The scores of breast mass, breast sinus tract, breast fistula, skin ulceration, and breast pain after treatment in the treatment group weresignificantly lower than before, and the total symptom score was also significantly lower than before. The situation of each observation index and the overall situation were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);the control group of patients with breast mass, breast sinus tract, breast fistula, skin ulceration, and breast pain after treatment The scores were significantly lower than before, and the total symptom scores were also significantly lower than before. The situation of each observation index and the overall situation were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The scores of breast mass, breast sinus tract, breast fistula, skin ulceration, and breast pain in the treatment group were all more decreased, and the overall scores were also significantly reduced, and the improvement was significantly better than The control group had significant statistical differences(p <0.05).3.Comparison of treatment durationAfter treatment, the total treatment time of the two groups of patients had a significant statistical difference(p <0.05).The treatment group was 63.07 ± 20.6 days, and the control group was 89.57 ± 17.25 days. The treatment time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.4.Comparison of effective rates between the two groupsThe sample size of the two groups of patients was 30,the treatment group was cured 3people,27 people were effective,0 people were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%,1 person was cured in the control group,16 were effective,13 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the effective rates of the two groups were significantly different(p <0.05).5.Postoperative visitsThree months after surgery, the visits of the two groups of patients were compared. The satisfaction of the patients in the treatment group on the appearance and function of the breasts after the operation were higher than those in the control group, and the postoperative recurrence was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant.(p <0.05).However,there was no statistical difference between the two groups for nipple discharge(p> 0.05),but as can be seen from Figure 5,the proportion of patientswithout treatment in the treatment group was 56.25%,which was higher than that in the control group. The proportion of patients with overflow was higher in the control group than in the treatment group.Conclusion:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine pus lifting and removing rot method combined with western medicine basic treatment group and western medical basic treatment group are effective in improving the basic condition of inflammatory mass of granulomatous lobular mastitis, but the traditional Chinese medicine lifting pill and rot removing group is more effective;(2)The traditional Chinese medicine method of purifying and removing rot and combining western medicine basic treatment can effectively shorten the treatment time of inflammatory masses of granulomatous lobular mastitis;(3)The traditional Chinese medicine method of removing pus and removing rot combined with western medicine basic treatment can effectively reduce the scope of surgery for granulomatous lobular mastitis, and make the appearance and function of the breast better after surgery(4)Preoperative application of traditional Chinese medicine to remove pus and remove rot and western medicine basic treatment can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of granulomatous lobular mastitis;(5)The method of purifying and removing rot in traditional Chinese medicine combined with the basic treatment group of western medicine and the basic treatment group of western medicine had no significant effect on nipple discharge after the second-stage operation of granulomatous lobular mastitis.
