Clinical Observation Of Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder Combined With Breast Massage Treatment Of Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis (Lump)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder combined with breast massage on granulomatous lobular mastitis(lump),to verify the effectiveness of Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder,at the same time as to provide test data and guide clinical practice for granulomatous lobular mastitis clinical interventions.Methods:The relevant criteria for the diagnosis of granulomatous lobular mastitis follows the western medicine’s and Chinese traditional medicine’s mastitis.In accordance with the principle of voluntary and informed consent 30 patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis(lump)aged 20～50 years(including 20,50 years)from both the specialist clinic of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the galactophore department of Jiangsu Province Hospital were enrolled.The 30 patients were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods.The treatment group consisted of 12 cases:treating by using Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder as basic powder combining with breast massage.The control group consisted of 12 cases:treating by oraling methylprednisolone 20mg/d,reducing to 16mg,12mg,8mg,4mg every 1-2 weeks after remission.The two groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Observing the changes of symptoms and signs,C-reactive protein level changes after 2 courses of treatment and the recurrence after half a year of treatment.The curative effect’s measure refer to<Diagnostic efficacy criteria of Chinese medicine><Guidelines on the clinical research of new drugs for new drug>(2002 Edition),the score of "Granulomatous lobular mastitis(lump)’s therapeutic evaluation;quantitative integral table" draft by myself based on"Mastitis’s Clinical pathway of Chinese Medicine".The scoring was processed by SPSS19.0,P≤0.05,said the results were statistically significant.Results:The Clinical outcome and improvement curative effect integral respect between Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder combined with breast massage and oral methylprednisolone was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups in the improvement of inflammatory markers C-reactive protein,there was a statistically significant(P≤0.05),treatment group was significantly better than the control group;and pus powder combined with breast massage in reducing the recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly better than the control group,there was a statistically significant(P≤0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder combined with breast massage and oral metronidazole treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis are all method to treat the illness,and they can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs;(2)Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder combined with breast massage has obvious effect in reducing the inflammatory index C-reactive protein;(3)Jia Jian Tou Nong Powder combined with breast massage can significantly reduce granulomatous lobular mastitis(lump)relapse,avoid high recurrence rate caused when the steroid withdrawal,is worthy of popularization and application.
