three yin breast cancer,to clarify the correlation between TCM syndrome type and blood lipid metabolism of recurrent and metastatic three yin breast cancer,and to explore the intervention effect of Shugan Jieyu formula on high-fat breast cancer bearing mice from the perspective of basic research according to the pathogenesis of breast cancer,so as to provide the future clinical experience Work to provide feasible research methods,treatment ideas and reference basis.method In this study,clinical and basic research methods are used,including the following two aspects:1.In the clinical part,according to the criteria of diagnosis,acceptance and exclusion,62 patients with three negative breast cancer were collected from June 1,2018 to December 1,2019.According to whether distant metastasis occurred at the time of visit,the patients were divided into two groups: metastasis group(24 cases)and non metastasis group(38 cases).The original data of patients were reviewed,entered and database was established.Statistical analysis of recurrence and metastasis of three yin breast cancer syndrome and lipid metabolism.2.In the basic research,the model of high-fat breast cancer bearing mice was established.Thirty-four Kunming mice were divided into two groups by random number table method,which were 8 mice in the control group and 26 mice in the high-fat group.The control group and the high-fat group were fed with common feed and high-fat feed respectively for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,two mice in each group were randomly selected.The TC,TG and LDL-C in the high-fat group were higher than those in the control group,and the HDL-C was lower or no change,indicating that the model was successful.The remaining 24 mice in the high-fat group were randomly divided into four groups: model group,low,medium and high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine,while the remaining mice in the control group were still in the control group.The tumor tissue suspension of breast cancer 4T1 bearing mice was injected into the armpit of 30 Kunming mice.About one week after the tumor was planted,small nodules could be palpated under the armpit,so far,the model was successful.The mice in each group were administrated for 2 weeks on the first day after the model was established successfully.During the period,the general state,body weight and tumor volume of mice in each group were observed,the tumor weight,tumor inhibition rate,blood lipid level and PCNA protein expression in tumor tissue of mice were measured.result1.Clinical study: the study showed that there was no statistical significance in age,menstruation,marriage history,smoking history,drinking history and family history in the two groups(P>0.05);there was no statistical significance in operation mode and pathological type in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in TNM stage and histological grade(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the frequency distribution of TCM syndromes in the transfer group:stagnation of liver Qi(33.33%)> deficiency of liver and kidney yin(20.83%)> deficiency of both qi and blood(16.67%)> weakness of spleen and stomach(12.50%)> imbalance of Chong and Ren(8.33%)= accumulation of heat toxin(8.33%);the frequency distribution of TCM syndromes in the non transfer group: imbalance of Chong and Ren(36.84%)>stagnation of liver Qi(23.68%)> weakness of spleen and stomach(21.05%)> deficiency of liver and kidney yin(10.53%)> deficiency of both qi and blood(7.89%)> accumulation of heat toxin(0%);the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in patients with metastasis were higher than those in patients without metastasis(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of blood lipid levels of different syndrome types of patients in the transfer group: compared with TC,TG and LDL-C,the difference was statistically significant(P There was no significant difference between the two types(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C among the patients with different syndrome types(P>0.05);the blood lipid level of the patients with different syndrome types in the non metastasis group was statistically significant(P There were significant differences in the types of spleen and stomach weakness,liver and kidney yin deficiency,Chong Ren maladjustment and Qi and blood deficiency(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Basic research: through the comparative analysis of experimental results,Shugan Jieyu Decoction can effectively improve the general state of high-fat breast cancer bearing mice,reduce the blood fat of mice,reduce the tumor volume of tumor bearing mice,reduce the tumor weight of tumor bearing mice,and increase the tumor inhibition rate.The tumor inhibition rate of each group is compared: high-dose Chinese medicine group > medium dose Chinese medicine group > low-dose Chinese medicine group,and the number of PCNA positive cells in the model group is the most Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically lowest.3.Through the comparative analysis of animal experiments: Shugan Jieyu formula can effectively improve the general state of mice bearing high-fat breast cancer,reduce the blood lipid of
