Study On The Therapeutic Effect And Medication Rule Of Professor Luo Xiuli In The Treatment Of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Professor Luo Xiu-li in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer by retrospective study,and to preliminatively explore and summarize the core drug pairs,drug groups and academic thoughts of Professor Luo in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer by data mining method,so as to provide certain reference for TCM treatment of triple-negative breast cancer prescription.Methods: From January 2012 to January 2017,basic information and TCM prescriptions of patients with triple negative breast cancer treated by Professor Luo Xiu-li in outpatient and inpatient department of Oncology,Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened.Microsoft Office Excel was used to establish the database and conduct frequency analysis.SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used to conduct statistical association rules,cluster analysis and survival analysis.The statistical results were combined with the actual clinical practice to explore the law of drug use of Dispatching prescription by Professor Luo.Results: A total of 30 patients were enrolled in this study,124 TCM prescriptions,211 TCM.The 5-year disease-free survival rate for patients with triple negative breast cancer is 80%.Patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation were in the majority.There were 40 high-frequency drugs with frequency ≥18in TCM,which could be divided into 14 categories according to their main functions:Activating blood stasis,attacking poison soft and firm sanjie,clearing heat and detoxification,detumescence sanjie,diuresis,tonifying qi,tonifying blood,tonifying Yin,tonifying Yang,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi,regulating qi,warming li Medicine,dampness,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,and warming channels.The drug properties were mainly cold,warm and flat,the drug taste was mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,and the meridian of return was mainly liver,spleen,lung and stomach.The high-frequency drug pair and drug group included three ribs-Zedoary turmeric-turtle shell.Hedyotis vulgaris-White English-Hedyotis diffusa;Cyperus mushroom-Shiwei.Cluster analysis showed that there were four clusters:Zedoary turmeric,Trichoderma turmeric,Hedyotis diffusa,Rhizopus officinalis,Trionyx japonicum,Lyceum vulgaris,Herba japonicum,Phyllostachys chinensis,Herba japonicum,Rhizophora japonicum,Taxus chinensis and Scorpion.Fructus aurantii,Bupleurum,paeonia alba,Rhizome,liquorice,turmeric;Radix Ophiopogonis,Schisandra fruit,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix scrophulariae,Xylem,Amomum,Astragalus membranaceus;Dried ginger,Pinellia chinensis,Magnolia officinalis;Tuckahoe,Atractylodes atractylodes,Angelica,ligusticum chuanxiong,Eucommia ulmoides.Commonly used Chinese patent medicine for compound Chinese blister capsule.Conclusion: Professor Luo’s treatment of TNBC has a certain effect.For TNBC,professor luo thinks that its mainly in is on the basis of virtual exogenous toxic evil,found in modern,diet dishonor,weary internal injuries or lack of innate endowment,viscera function disorder,and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,wet resistance,toxic pathogenic products,such as resistance in breast collaterals,mutual cementation,long mass,and rock.The treatment mainly focuses on supporting positive and attacking evil,but the priority of supporting positive and attacking evil should be adjusted according to the early,middle and late stage and the relationship between positive deficiency and evil.Patients early,positive qi is still strong,evil sheng and false,can tolerate attack,at this time to attack evil;In the middle period,zhengqi is gradually weak,evil gradually,at this time should attack and supplement both,fuzheng exorcism;In the later period,the positive qi was deficient and the evil qi was obstructed.Attacking evil spirit should be soft,broken,action,elimination,clear all methods together,pay attention to the application of insect drugs.Tonifying deficiency distinguishes the difference between qi,blood,Yin and Yang deficiency and combines them as diseases.Instead,it adopts supplementing qi,enriching blood,nourishing Yin,warming Yang or supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,or supplementing qi and blood,or supplementing Yin and Yang.In addition,we should pay attention to the organization and smooth mood.All methods and play the anti-cancer and detoxification,tonic deficiency sanjie.
