Objective:Taking the typical clinical cases in the real world as the carrier,syndrome differentiation and treatment as the guiding ideology,focusing on common diseases in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,adopting modern information technology and virtual reality technology,combining with case inquiry texts,tongue,face,pulse image,audio,video and other media information,a simulation training system of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is constructed,aiming at training students' ability of collecting four diagnostic data.To strengthen the training of students' clinical thinking ability of TCM.Method:(1)According to the selection criteria of cases,97 cases of typical cases,including visiting pictures,inquiry items,pulse maps and videos,were sorted out with case questionnaires made by the research group.Then,four clinical experts conducted dialectical examination and finally entered into the background case database.(2)Following the clinical thinking path of traditional Chinese medicine,the software framework structure was designed.(3)The development of the system was mainly based on ASP.NET ABP development framework of DDD.The back-end was C#.The front-end page was mainly based on bootstrap+jquery framework.The necessary development library was introduced,and the powerful Weblogic container was used as the application server of the system.To develop a simulation training system for clinical thinking of TCM.(4)Teachers and students fill in questionnaires to evaluate the application effect of the system,and improve the system according to the feedback results of the questionnaires.Results:(1)According to the case questionnaire,97 cases of typical clinical data,including clinical common diseases,frequently-occurring diseases,a total of 24 diseases,77 syndromes,the establishment of a case database.(2)Constructed the "TCM clinical thinking training system",which is divided into six modules: visiting,smelling,inquiring,cutting,syndrome differentiation and treatment,mind mapping comparison module.At the same time,it can realize the addition,modification and deletion of cases,training and assessment,background evaluation and other functions.(3)Systematic evaluation results,the questionnaire results of 80 teachers show that 97.5% of teachers think that the system has clear objectives,reasonable case selection,content in line with the requirements of the syllabus and the actual clinical situation,and can train students' clinical thinking ability of TCM well.Questionnaire results of 300 students showed that 89.6% of the students thought that the ease of cases in the software system accorded with the current learning situation,could achieve the purpose of training clinical thinking of TCM,and the system design was beautiful and the operation was convenient.Conclusion:(1)Taking typical clinical cases as carriers,following the clinical thinking path of TCM,the training system of TCM clinical thinking was constructed by using modern information technology and virtual reality technology.The system realizes situational and visual human-computer interaction,strong stability,beautiful interface,convenient and practical,and has the functions of adding,modifying and deleting cases,training and assessment,background evaluation and so on.(2)The system has a wide coverage of built-in cases,including clinical common diseases,frequently-occurring diseases and syndromes,which are typical and representative.All-round knowledge points,through training,standardized the students' inquiry path,laid a solid foundation for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.(3)It is suitable for the use of students majoring in Chinese medicine in lower and higher grades and residents at different levels.It meets the needs of clinical training teaching and can better cultivate students' clinical thinking ability of Chinese medicine.
