With the continuous development of medical education in China,there is an urgent need for advanced teaching methods to assist clinical teaching and help medical students to quickly learn and become qualified clinical medical personnel who are independent in clinical work.Medical students must master theoretical basic knowledge in the learning process and develop clinical thinking skills,learn how to think about and solve practical clinical problems.The virtual case-based clinical thinking training aims to improve the clinical thinking ability of medical students,providing simulated situational teaching and clinical thinking ability training.The virtual case serves as the core of clinical thinking training and determines the virtual simulation scene restoration and clinical thinking ability assessment.Therefore,researching the method of virtual case construction for clinical thinking training and improving the flexibility of virtual case construction is of great significance for improving the clinical thinking ability and standardizing diagnosis and treatment behavior of medical students.This paper mainly focuses on the problems of high difficulty and poor flexibility in virtual case design due to the complexity of medical knowledge and isomerism of case structure in clinical thinking training,and designs a virtual case construction method for clinical thinking training.This method analyzes the structure,elements and forms of virtual case-oriented virtual case based on the target of virtual case construction,and designs the virtual case construction process as three phases: case analysis,integration construction,and analytical application.For the case analysis stage,doctor experts use the methods of research and discussion on specific diseases to analyze and sort out the original case data,including the structure and content of cases,knowledge of diagnosis and treatment rules.For the integration building stage,based on the requirements of clinical path norm,correctness of diagnosis and treatment rules and case construction flexibility,a virtual case integration building process model was proposed,this model takes the original case data as input and mainly includes virtual case construction and rules construction,and the virtual case files and diagnosis and treatment rules files are constructed separately;For the parsing application stage,the virtual case is parsed through the case parser and the diagnosis and treatment rule parser,and the computer simulates and restores the scene module,the case data,and the diagnosis and treatment rules in the virtual case,provides a corresponding clinical thinking training environment,eventually achieves the goal of simulated situational teaching and clinical thinking training.This paper applies the virtual case construction method for clinical thinking training to the clinical thinking training platform.The results show that this method can quickly and correctly construct more complex virtual cases and diagnosis and treatment rules,and it can simulate and restore the situational teaching scene.The correct feedback on the rules of the diagnosis and treatment scene has high flexibility and practicality.
