With the deepening research of peer conflict,peer conflict resolution styles are being favored by the experts from home and abroad.Functioning as an important social skill,it has served as an important index for the level of individual socialization,affecting the peer relationship and social adaptation of adolescent.However,for parents in a family where the youngsters grow up,their influence on the youngsters is indispensable.Many studies of parents' conflict demonstrates that parents' conflict are deeply related with parents' marital satisfaction and adolescents' socialization.However,with the deepening of the study,researchers gradually converging that parents' conflict is an inevitable phenomenon of family life and not always associated with negative events and if conflicts can be effectively solved,conflicts can play a positive role in relationship maintaining in some extent,that is to say:" the conflict itself is not the core,the most important thing is how to deal with conflict".However,the current researches pay more attention to the influence of negative strategy of parents on children and the results support what strategy teenagers saw in parents'conflict is one of the important sources of teenagers conflict strategy.The research will discuss the relationship between Parents' Marital Conflict Resolution Styles and Adolescent's Peer Conflict Resolution Styles from the aspect of conflict resolution strategies.This research firstly revises the CRSI composed by the Kurdek,and discovers the Chinese version of CRSI including three dimensions,that is,conflict engagement,positive problem solving and conflict withdrawal.All the revised CRSI' a is bigger than 0.6,reaching the standard of statistical.Secondly,the research deeply discusses the relationship between Parents' Marital Conflict Resolution Styles and Adolescent's Peer Conflict Resolution Styles by means of questionnaire survey,and 700 copies have been handed out to parents and students from The Fifth Grade at primary school to Senior Three at random.And there are 599 copies reaching the requirement of the research,and the conclusions are listed as follows:(1)The conflict engagement and withdrawal of mothers are strikingly higher than that of fathers(p<0.01)while fathers' positive resolution style are higher than mothers' but not apparent;The parental positive resolution strategy exists striking difference of cultural level(p<0.01)but not the same as that of conflict engagement and withdrawal.(2)Peer conflict resolution style of adolescents just exist striking sexual difference(p=0.043)but not the same as other conflict resolution styles;Peer conflict resolution style of adolescents exist striking age difference(p<0.01).(3)There is a striking predictive influence of Parents' Marital Conflict Resolution Styles on Adolescent's Peer Conflict Resolution Styles,and as for different styles,the degree of parental influence varies.(4)Sex plays a striking adjustment role in the conflict engagement and positive problem solving of the influence of mothers on children but not the same for fathers.(5)The parental conflict plays a total medium role in parental conflict engagement to children and plays a partial medium role in parental positive problem solving to children.(6)Interview research shows that mothers with more conflict engagement strategy,but fathers with more positive resolution strategy and fathers who often adopt positive resolution strategy with children who also commonly use peer positive resolution strategy,and parents often adopt engagement strategy with daughters who also often use engagement strategies in peer conflict.The conclusion of interview research generally confirmed that the questionnaire survey.
