Jian’an literature occupies an important position in the history of Chinese literature which has always been concerned by many literary scholars.Scholars in Ming dynasty improved focus on critics of Jian’an literature,criticism which enter into a period of prosperity and continue to stay stable.The content of criticism has characteristics and research value of times at this time.Jian’an literature Criticism at this time can be divided into four stages:The first stage is from Hongwu to Chenghua,this time is the "revive period" of criticism of Jian’an literature.Literary criticism is strongly influenced by neo-confucianism so scholars’criticism of Jian’an literature is in such an atmosphere.Although there is not so much historical data of criticism,but it’s very unique.They paied attention to reveal the express of temperament of "termination due to etiquette",and advocated the social function of poetry implication,advocated "statecraft ideology "of poetry creation view and function view.The second stage is from Hongzhi to the middle of Jiajing,which I called "the period of development" of Jian’an literature criticism.Though "The Former Seven Scholars" has inherited certain ideas of the early Ming dynasty,such as the emphasis on poetic function,but there have been new changes.At this time retro trend prevalent in the literary world,"The Former Seven Scholars" and other scholars with same ideas seen Jian’an literature as Secondary model of following ancient,affirmed it’s important status in the history of literature,clarified artistic origins and changes of Jianan literature,and appeared much more view of tasting the level of literature.The third stage is from the middle of Jiajing to the middle of Wanli,at this time criticism of Jian’an literature entered into the "thriving period".The literary criticism were more and more meticulous,and become more and more perfect.The literary criticism of "The Latter Seven Scholars" and other scholars with same ideas is full of tasting consciousness and consciousness of distinguishing style.Xie Zhen pays attention to the criticism of Jian’an literature from the rhyme,words,syntactic perspective.WangShizhen pays attention to the level of taste,and see Jian’an literature as model of following ancient,HuYinglin conducted the investigation of Jian’an Literature in the torrent of history of literature.What they have in common is the focus on style-distinguishing and quality.The fourth stage is from the middle of Wanli to the end of Ming dynasty,at this time the literary criticism is on the "New changing period" and "returning period"."New changing"reflected in that Zhong Xing,TanYuanchun and others emphasis on explained the mind and feelings of creation subject,and mixed their reading experience,confirmed Cao Cao and his works.When LuShiyong discuss poetry he emphasis on "verve" and "artistic mood",so he put forward the "disease of Jian’an" and confirme Cao Pi and Wang Can,the scholars at the time of Jian’an,on the contrary,negated Cao Zhi and Liu Zhen."Returning" reflected in XuXueyi’s criticism of Jian’an Literature,in the strong sense of poetic history,style-distinguishing and qulity and in the Comparison of the Han,Wei’s poetry in so that highligh the characteristics of Jian’an literature.FengFujing’s criticism mainly focuses on the"three Caos"and "Jian’an Qi Zi".
