Yu Yue Collating Method Research Of The Book Of Qun Jing Ping Yi

YuYue is a famous scribes,philologist and Calligrapher in the late Qing dynasty.He is famous for rigorous doing scholarly research.In the reign of XianFeng,Qing dynasty,he wrote a book called the Qun Jing Ping Yi,this is a most popular book of exegesis and collating monographs.It was a great success.But as far as I know,the posterities had ignored the collating achievements and collating method of this book.Present the research on Mr.Yu more confined to research he’s ideas and exegetical achievements,and ignores the value of collating on this book.This article attempts through to research the book of Qun Jing Ping Yi,to systematically interpret the unique collating terms used by Mr.Yu Yue.As well as,analysis and summarizes the collating methods by Yuyue in this book,they are the collating methods of according to the context,writing habits,historical facts,quote,old meaning,the ancient note,poetry rhyme,analogy,a total of eight ways.To explore the collating achievements of the book of Qun Jing Ping Yi,I also pointed out that some of his shortcomings.We hope that through this research,provide reference data for the research on textualism,for people engaged in the study of Chinese ancient book collating method for reference.So we can prevent misreading phenomenon of ancient books,to back the original appearance of ancient books and the original intent of the ancients.
