The Collation Study On Guang Ya Shu Yi

Guang Ya Shu Yi is a exhaustive work by Qian Dazhao,representing him academic achievements.It sets exegesis and collation into one,is widely collected in the text of the different text to prove the exegesis at the same time,but also on the text of the error and the relevant corpus correction,and is a book of great academic value.This paper attempts to combine qualitative and quantitative methods,inductive and reasoning methods,empirical and theoretical research methods from the perspective of collation,makes a comprehensive and systematic study of 940 collating contents in Guang Ya Shu Yi.This thesis consists of seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which narrates the purpose of the topic,the significance of the research,the research status and the research methods.The second part introduces the life and academic achievements of Qian Dazhao,and it also briefly introduces the writing,edition,circulation and style of Guang Ya Shu Yi.The third part specifically studies the content of the collation of Shu Yi.It can be divided into six aspects: the correction of text errors in Guang Ya,the correction of entry errors in Guang Ya,the correction of Cao Xian’s Phonetic notation,the correction of the mutual misinformation between the text of Guangya and Cao Xian’s Phonetic notation,the supplement of omission and the correction of relevant books.The fourth part,on the basis of the content of the collation of Guang Ya Shu Yi,analyzes the collation methods of Guang Ya Shu Yi: comparison proofreading,self-proofreading,other literature proofreading and justification proofreading.The fifth part combs the collation terms of Guang Ya Shu Yi,mainly analyzing 11 types of commonly used collation terms in Guang Ya Shu Yi.The sixth part introduce to the achievements and the insufficiencys of Qian Dazhao ’s collation of Guang Ya Shu Yi.The conclusion is the summary of this study and points out the shortcomings of this study.
