The Study Of Teaching Adaptation Of Chinese Teachers In Thailand

The author as a member of the faculty,to surpass Chinese in Thailand north lam phu lam public PeiHua school teaching experience,the period of one year on "how to help to Thai Chinese teachers to adapt to the teaching work in Thailand as soon as possible," this issue to explore,through typical,real case,for China and Thailand in the teaching of different between the two countries in-depth analysis,and gives advices on its own processing.The full text is divided into six parts,the first part expounds the thesis writing reason,research ideas and methods.To Thailand in the second part discusses the macro and micro teaching environment faced by Chinese teachers,and to study how to adapt to the environment.The third part discusses the teaching materials,teaching content namely extracurricular knowledge supplement and corresponding problems in teacher’s responsibility.The fourth part discusses to the Thai Chinese teacher’s teaching method,multimedia and classroom language related issues.The fifth part is about the teaching object is Thai students’ learning habits and the relationship between teachers and students to adapt to the related problem.The sixth into conclusion parts,that is,according to the case of the thesis involved,involved in the summary to the Thai Chinese teachers in the teaching of including multiple aspects such as material,system and concept,combined with their own experience the comprehensive advice,hope to help to Thai Chinese teachers to adapt as soon as possible,Chinese teaching work smoothly.
