The Research Of The Construction Of The Health Model Village In Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region

When the Communist Party of China settled in Northern Shaanxi,faced with the severe natural environment and social environment of chaos dilemma,how to effectively alleviate the two kinds of difficulties brings pressure to the ruling in Northern Shaanxi,It is also become the first extremely important task for CPC Central regime in the border region,the border region government has been actively exploring and seeking the effective way and ruling idea to consolidate the ruling foundation,After constinous exploration the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region set up democratic regime in a democratic way,and under the guidance of the people,the people in the border region have the opportunity to participate in political governance and social transformation,which laid the foundation for the achievement of the political and social transformation.After the CPC Central Committee and the public participate in governance,the Ningxia regio as the Chinese Communist political hinterland during the period of democratic revolution,whether it is construction or transformation of social regime,in the democratic revolution of the range is a banner pole,lead and drive the ruling party to a stable situation.Among them,the public participation was more activery,the demonstration effect was more stronger was the rural construction movement.This paper selects the health model village construction of Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region in the rural construction as the research object,aims to research on the construction of village health model to explore the Chinese Communist Party ruling embodied the idea and actual effect,and provide a useful reference for China’s current construction of a new socialist countryside.This paper based on the initial health status of the border region to illustrate the confusion status of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region and the necessity for the border region government to carry health movement,and create a model of health village,using the model to promote the good development of the countryside health.Based on the model of health village construction history,health model and typical examples of specific types of health model in detail,aims to make more researchers have full understanding of how to carring out model village construction including sanitation in the border region.This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and historical significance of the construction of the model villages,and further clarifies the effective measures taken by the CPC in the governance of the rural society in the border areas.Finally,through the introduction of the experience in the construction of the health model village in the border area and the existing problems,provides a useful reference for the construction of new rural areas in China.
