Analysis The Characteristics Of The Chinese Violin Concerto

As a foreign culture,violin began to spread in China around 100 years ago.We have estalished the complete and comprehensive theory of violin teaching,and have cultativing a large number of violinists who have won awards in major international competitions since the violin came in to China.In contrast to the vigorous development situation of the two mentioned before,the composition of Chinese violin works is much weaker,especially in the works of concerto.Concerto is a significant and complex composition genre of instrumental music,which includes many links,such as creation of works,concert performance,band rehearsal,stage performance and so on.The violin concerto "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai"(hereinafter referred to as "Butterfly Lovers")is a violin concerto,which has the distinctively national style and the characteristic playing techniques,that is a rare landmark on the Chinese violin art works.I played this concerto in my graduate recital.By performance and study of "Butterfly Lovers",I have learned the typical genres of the Chinese violin concerto with my own understanding and ideas.I attempt to explain the features of composing and playing the Chinese violin concerto with my personal opinions in this paper,which refers the "Butterfly Lovers" as the sample,and try to present valuable references of study and performance to the Chinese violin concerto works.
