Research Of Regional Features Of Documentaries About Yan’an Theme Since The New Century

Faced with cultural competition and cultural homogeneity because of globalization,there is a huge strength for documentaries to show and spread regional culture being the most realistic medium of reflecting the local regional culture.It is an active strategy that documentaries based on regional theme works for dealing with culture invasion and cultural competition.This paper selects documentaries about Yan’an since the new century to pay attention to the regional feature from the perspective of cultural explaining,uses the logic of media geography,and mixes the regional culture and documentaries about Yan’an up,so that we can give a deep text interpretation of documentaries about Yan’an.This paper consists of the following three parts.The first part refers to literatures review and concepts definition,this paper gives a clear definition of documentaries about Yan’an and a brief description of regional cultural features of Yan’an integrating literatures and relative concepts.The second part explains the regional cultural features reflecting in the documentaries about Yan’an from four aspects consisting of Humanities and natural landscape,historical mirror,actual state and cultural spirits by choosing typical cultural signals to finish the text interpreting,with documentaries about Yan’an since the new century being the investigating subject.The third part involves interpretation of the interactive mechanism between regional culture and documentary production,and further search for the important meaning of regional culture in the documentaries production of regional theme,so as to clarify that it is promoting the spread of regional culture that the developing direction of documentaries based on regional theme is.Furthermore,this paper aims at finding out the limitation of existing documentaries about Yan’an and making corresponding suggestions of developing under the background of globalization as well as the meaning of cultural diverse and cultural exporting,so that this paper can provide a new horizon about the developing direction of documentaries about Yan’an.
