《Ling Nan Banana Style》Series Oil Painting Creationand Research

Japanese banana is the main plant in lingnan classical garden.Therefore,when it comes to musa plantain trees,it is inseparable from lingnan’s classical gardens.My love for musa plantain may be related to my own learning experience.At the art institute of guangxi in the four years I often go to school near the garden for a walk,walk in the garden looked at the million of banana trees make my mood relaxed,and these have thick rhizome and large leaf of banana trees gave me inspiration.Bajiaoshu has always been a favorite painting subject for Chinese painters and calligraphers,and I want to use the form of oil painting to express an emotion that I want to express.This article aims to "lingnan banana flavor series" to study the composition of landscape painting,color,density,black and white,and the use of brushwork,in the process of writing I want to show the awe of life as well as to the nature of the praise of love.I use a cluster of leaves in the entire series repeated stack build a shade relations as the key to reinforce images have administrative levels feeling and rich rise,and in the picture is the central point,is the center for the whole picture composition.Very subjectively in big tonal color performance,three different hue and color represents the plantain tree at three different points of time of the day,early in the morning,afternoon,midnight,the three time points was chosen as the three time points corresponding to the tonal will give people different colour association,and that’s what I want to express.Finally,the change of the brush stroke and the thickness of the pigment are used to reflect the rhythm of the picture.The article is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the background of the painting and the purpose and significance of the research content of "series of banana flavor of lingnan".In the early stage of painting,I had some inspirations and how to collect materials,and what thoughts I had on the creation of oil painting works with the theme of bajiao tree.The second chapter mainly tells the process of my painting creation from the idea of material selection and composition,and it is also essential for the application of colors and techniques.Through the modification of draft and the display of small color draft,I can express my drawing process and ideas,how to make color black and white and layout in space.In the composition of composition and color up and down efforts,the use of point line surface segmentation will be the overall picture segmentation,with a kind of decorative meaning on the vision.The third chapter mainly describes a kind of emotional feeling that my works want to express.Through this creative research,I have drawn some conclusions and expounded my own painting language.
