After the issuance of the 46 th document,Chinese sports industry has blossomed overnight,with sports elements streaming in.Although street dance is not new,it has been developing rapidly in the past two years,with the rapid growth of street dance and the rapid expansion of street dance clubs.Street dance industry as an important part of fitness entertainment industry,the number of street dance club and operation situation profoundly influence the development of the hip hop industry,if you want to seek better and faster development not only need to attract more people into the street dance club,but also have high loyalty,for a long time to enjoy the service of the club.Thus,it can be seen that improving customer satisfaction is the top priority of street dance club.After investigation,this article has reached the following conclusions: Firstly,Zaha street dance Club has more female customers than male customers.Students are its main and largest customer group,followed by white collars.The majority of customers have received higher education whilst their income is often at a lower level,and most customers have less than three years of dancing experience.Most of the customers fall between the age of 18 and 25,and their main motivation to choose Zaha street dance Club is high-level teachers in the club.Secondly,interviewed customers are more satisfied with the club’s brand image,expected quality and perceived value,while they are less satisfied with the sanitary conditions and facilities,which are components of the perceived quality.Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have much room for improvement.Thirdly,there is no significant gender difference in customers’ overall satisfaction with Zaha street dance Club,while there is significant gender difference in customers’ perceived quality.There is significant gender difference in customers’ satisfaction level of the sanitary conditions and facilities conditions of Zaha street dance Club,suggesting that male customers are more satisfied.Fourthly,customers of different income level show no difference in the perception of price at a given quality,but they show significant difference in the perceived quality at a given price.Fifthly,customers are very satisfied with Zaha street dance Club’s brand image,there is a significant positive correlation between brand image and customer loyalty: the better brand image is,the higher customer loyalty is.After investigation,this paper draws the following conclusions.Firstly,attach importance to the training of teachers,the level of club teachers themselves and the level of their teaching skills directly affects the quality of the course.Most of the customers of Zaha street dance club have strong incentive to follow high-level teachers to learn street dance.The quality of the courses is the of vital importance to of the club’s survival and development.Secondly,pay attention to customer care,and take the initiative to learn the customer’s basic information and psychological needs,improve the club’s sanitary conditions and facilities and improve personalized services.Thirdly,research the location characteristics,and expand the club reasonably.The club may set up branches in densely populated areas such as universities and business districts and effectively make use of locations to attract more customers.Fourthly,actively participate in domestic and foreign street dance competitions to increase the club’s reputation and influence,and to create a good brand image.
