Research On The Processes And Characteristics Of Other Ideas Of Bailthus’s Painting

Balthus is one of the greatest artists in the 20 th century and the master in concrete painting field.His works have novel appearances and variable picture composition,which has made his personal style unique and a model for us to study.Under the circumstance of the rapid development of art,it is necessary for us to make further studies on the processes and characteristics of his train of thought on modeling,which would have important enlightenment for our art in practice.This article mainly explores the transformation and the characteristics of modeling in Balthus ’s creation.This full paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the purposes and implications of this paper,summarizes current situation of researches on Balthus,expounds the research methods,contents and ideas contains in this paper.The second part focuses on introduces the characteristics of Balthus himself as well as the features of modeling in his paintings,it also discusses and summarizes the important characteristics of modeling in his works,which lays the foundation of the following research.The third part pays attention to the influence of western traditional art on Balthus ’s modeling processes,and also analyzes the artists in the early Renaissance through the concrete works of these artists,studies the effects of Pusanne,who was the representative of classical art,and Cezanne’s paintings on the processes of Balthus ’s modeling.The fourth part mainly concentrates on the influence of oriental art in Balthus ’s train of thought on modeling,which analyzes the effect of Chinese landscape painting and painting theories,historical literatures and calligraphy as well as Japanese Ukiyoe on the processes of modeling in his work.Through the further research on the processes and features of Balthus ’s modeling works in the four contents above,the fifth part concludes the important inspiration and reference for our art practice,and finds out the way to acquire to the experience and inspiration from the changing processes in Balthus ’ way of modeling,so as to explore the way of creation and modeling system suitable for us.
