Rural left-behind children are a special group.They are in a huge number and widely distributed.They are not accompanied by complete families and lack timely communication and care.The unique family environment has led to the emergence of many psychological problems.Studies have shown that rural left-behind children score high on somatization,horror,hostility,paranoia,compulsion,and interpersonal sensitivity issues with non-left-behind children(Wang Dongyu,Wang Lifen,2005).Poor interpersonal relationships often appear in middle school students and are more evident in rural left-behind children.Bad interpersonal relationships will affect the development of students in many aspects.In a relatively harmonious and friendly environment,they will inspire more potential for students.In a bad interpersonal environment,students will have adverse effects on their studies and psychological development.This study selected integrated sandplay games in group to intervene in the interpersonal communication of left-behind children.The integrated sandbox game therapy takes analytical psychology as the theoretical subject,integrates various theories and techniques such as positive psychology,family therapy,and short-range focus resolution.During the process of making sandboxes,the inner thoughts are externalized and the clearer views are seen.To their own problems and inadequacies,to promote self-healing subjects,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.In this study,a rural middle school was selected as the experimental site.First,86 interpersonal relations questionnaires were measured for the middle school students.The results showed that left-behind children had greater problems in interpersonal relationships than non-left-behind children.Students with high scores of left-behind children who are willing to undergo follow-up interventions were divided into intervention group and control group with 10 individuals in each group.The homogeneity test was performed on the two groups.The results showed the overall level of the two groups and the respective There are no significant differences in dimensions,and follow-up interventions can be compared.The intervention group was treated with integrated sandplay game therapy.The control group did not intervene,and then the two groups were tested at the same time.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the subjects before and after the intervention,combined with the dynamic Soduku analysis of the sandbox works,and referring to the self-reported feelings of the subjects,it is proved that the integrated sandbox game therapy has a significant role in promoting interpersonal communication of left-behind children.Finally,proceeding from reality,some suggestions for improving the interpersonal relationships of left-behind children in rural areas were proposed.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)There are significant differences in interpersonal communication between rural left-behind children and non-left-behind children.(2)Group-integrated sandplay game therapy has a significant role in promoting interpersonal relationships among left-behind children in rural areas.
