Sandplay therapy is on the theory of Jungian analytical psychology,let visitors to create Their world in the safe environment from the consultants,let visitors to develop their own potential energy in the sandplay,relieve symptoms,improve quality of life.Sandplay therapy was applied to children originally,By psychologists extended to other age groups and different occupational groups.Nowadays,sandplay therapy in college students' interpersonal adjustment,intervention of children with autism,negative family upbringing achieved good effect.But the research of raising the self-esteem level of women's vocational school freshman is less.Therefore,we based on the characteristics of students.Use sandplay therapy intervention technology,explore the positive role in the study that sandplay therapy on improving the self-esteem level of women's vocational school freshman.We make the Ecology Model,dynamic soduku technique and Positive Psychology in combination with the sandplay therapy.It named the integrated sandplay therapy.The subjects of this study are 259 students in a secondary school in Dalian.For measuring the adolescent self-esteem scale,259 questionnaires be retrieved,effective questionnaire is 246,the effective rate was 94.98%.The scale scores from high to low arrangement,from less than 27% of students were selected from the seven people,communicate with students,Adopt voluntary basis in the study intervention.The study found that:(1)Participants are willing to accept sand treatment,they like this way of treatment,enjoy the process.And hope experience the integrated sandplay therapy again.(2)According to self-esteem scale score of participants before and after the intervention,we know that,the self-esteem score of after intervention significantly higher than the scale scores before intervention,group sand treatment to improve the students' self-esteem level effect than individual intervention effect is obvious.
