Classroom management is carried out around classroom teaching,which is the basis and guarantee of classroom teaching.In the teaching practice,the Chinese volunteer teachers often face the difficulties of classroom management in classroom teaching,and the teaching effect has also been greatly affected.Korea Branch of Bohai University is a private Chinese training school in Korea,where the students are all high school graduates and the teachers are all from Bohai University,majoring teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.During the work period,the Chinese volunteer teachers in the classrooms often encounter students with anxiety and weariness in late learning period,and being late,sleeping,going to the bathroom,etc.These situations often make Chinese volunteer teachers feel confused and do not know what to do.The case study method is an effective way to help Chinese volunteer teachers understand classroom management and better handle classroom teaching.The condition observed by the Chinese volunteer teachers r in the classroom and the results summarized in interviews with other volunteer teachers were written into 10 classroom management cases,each addressing their specific issues in teacher management,student management,and rules management.The case analysis is to present the teaching principles,specific reasons and suggestions of the problems reflected in the cases.Therefore,Chinese volunteer teachers should first manage their own classroom emotions in classroom management,and choose appropriate teaching content and methods.Secondly,the teachers should effectively guide students' positive behaviors and strengthen the understanding of learners' characteristics.Finally,the teachers also need to pay attention to the time for formulating rules and the issue of fair implementation of rules.
