In the modern history of Japan,the Japanese controlled Hong Kong until the outbreak of the Pacific War in 1941.In the occupation period of Hong Kong’s "three years and eight months",the Japanese army in Hong Kong set up a military government,as the governor of the Occupied Government of Hong Kong by the military system,which dominated the Hong Kong society,culture,as well as the implementation of the extremely strict cultural control policy,news and speech,publishing freedom and entertainment rationing to take control and rebuild system.Cultural control policy is to cooperate with the Japanese army to implement the"control trade,warfare war" war strategy in the occupation of the implementation of cultural control means,involving life,education,culture,entertainment,social management in all aspects,all-inclusive by the control of the Japanese authorities.
