| Changchun has been listed as a national historical and cultural city,and the architectural complex of the Period of the Regime of Manchukuo is integrated into the overall pattern of protection and utilization of cultural relics in Jilin province.The architectural complex of the Period of the Regime of Manchukuo has demonstrated the development of modern history of Northeast China with its particularity,uniqueness,integrity and authenticity.As empirical historical materials for the study of the Period of the Regime of Manchukuo and the material resources for carrying out the construction of urban culture,the architectural complex has irreplaceable historical value.Through in-depth investigation and overall analysis of 66 sites of the architectural complex of the Period of the Regime of Manchukuo in Changchun city,this paper discussed how to carry out protection and work from the perspective of cultural heritage protection and management.Chapter three,four,five and six focused on:summarizing the characteristics of the architectural complex of the Period of the Regime of Manchukuo from the whole point of view;sorting out the development of protection work in different periods from the perspective of protection;We must view historically left-behind issues of historical buildings in a correct way and evaluate their values reasonably;discussing how to preserve and manage the cultural heritage by referring to each other and taking into consideration individual characteristics.The paper was based on the determined related concepts,defined nature and specific historical background.The third chapter classified the building groups from the aspects of integrity and made corresponding analysis and summary according to usage intention,scheme and distribution,artistic style,techniques and function and maintenance and protection.Hence,it could be concluded that the building groups of Manchukuo period in Changchun city was located in two axes.The fourth chapter analyzed the value of the cultural heritage of the building groups of Manchukuo Period in Changchun City from four perspectives:culture,history,emotion and use.The historically left-behind issues of historical buildings deserved correct view and their values should be correctly assessed.These historical buildings with colonial nature arisen in a special historical context required to be properly dealt with.The fifth chapter was built from the perspective of urban cultural heritage protection and administration.The research object’s conservation and use history could be divided into three periods as well as seven stages on the grounds of historical regime transformation and social nature’s change:construction period(1932-1945),transition period(1945-1949)and protection and reuse period(1949-present).The characteristics of different periods were also discussed in this chapter.Taking the Tianjin and Macau’s experience in the protection and planning of modern architectural cultural heritage as reference,the sixth chapter explained how to carry out urban cultural heritage protection and cultural work according to local conditions in Changchun city. |
