| The Great Wall is China’s charm treasure during historical precipitation.No matter in the history of architecture,or its existing value,the Great Wall left its emphasis in the history of five thousand years of Chinese civilization,and became a unique mega cultural heritage resources in China.It also gradually became a symbol of the Chinese nation.Owning to the uniqueness,the particularity,the "outstanding universal value" and the huge influence in the history,the Great Wall,as a whole,became the world heritage by UNESCO in 1987.The Great Wall has been built for over 2,000 years.It is extremely large in scale and has a very rich heritage.The natural and cultural environment of the Great Wall is very complicated and more difficult to protect than any other similar cultural relics.The management work of the Great Wall has been attached great importance by the government.While,with the rapid development of China’s economy,construction of large-scale activities around the extensively developed,and the increasing numbers of factors affecting its safety,the Great Wall is facing an unprecedented threat.The Great Wall,as cultural heritage resources,has the public goods attribute,cultural value,artistic value,historical value,social value,economic value etc.,and its comprehensive value is immeasurable.Based on the current situation of the Great Wall governance,the key problems existing in the management of Great Wall are solved by using the holistic governance perspective.In this article,integrity management,cultural management system and relevant theories,concepts were combed first.Then we analyzed the present situation of the management system of the Great Wall,combing the theoretical analysis framework,basing on the holistic governance system existing in the management of the Great Wall of governance dilemma.According to the management system to the Great Wall under the guidance of Holistic governance theory innovation,some suggestions are put forward. |
