Rsearch On The Status And Countermeasures Of Xinxiang Children’s Sports And Dance Training Institutions

Sports dance is an elegant sport,and it is one of the sports that attracts the world’s attention and is widely welcomed by the masses.Sports dance not only has the value of fitness,but also has the performance and ornamental value.Since it is popular in China in 1980 s,it has rapidly developed to all parts of the country.So with the increasing industry rise and development of sports dance and dance training,attracting more and more children participate in sports dance learning,children’s sports dance learning helps to cultivate their physical beauty,beauty,beauty,behavior behavior and personality,formed from within the United States,and can enhance children’s physical energy.This paper uses literature method,survey method(questionnaire and interview)research methods,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the development status of Xinxiang children’s sports dance training institutions as the research object,through the investigation of students,teachers,teaching contents and training institutions management the situation of Xinxiang children’s sports dance training institutions,analysis of Xinxiang children’s sports dance development process problems,and through the analysis to identify the reasons for the problem and put forward countermeasures to improve the development of Xinxiang children’s sports dance training institutions to provide a theoretical basis.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall size of young children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinxiang City is small and uneven(2)The internal management of the young children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinxiang City is not perfect,and there is no salary system,departmental division,and related management policies.(3)The hardware facilities of training institutions are waiting for,and there is a big difference between institutions.(4)The teaching and technical level of sports dance teachers in the children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinxiang City need to be improved in both directions.Teachers’ education levels are high but they are mostly part-time teachers,have insufficient teaching experience,or have low academic qualifications for full-time,rich teaching experience but technical level.Not high;(5)The ratio of male and female sports dancers differs greatly,affecting the learning of couples dance,the age of exposure to sports dance is too small,the number of young people who insist on a long time,and the proportion of Latin dance and modern dance learning are seriously out of balance.In response to the problems existing in the standardized management of young children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinxiang City,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)The children’s sports dance training facility in Xinxiang City should have a long-term vision,expand its scale in a timely manner,and increase its influence.(2)Managers enhance their own learning,improve their own management capabilities,and improve their internal management mechanisms;(3)Focus on improving the overall capabilities of teachers in Xinxiang City Children’s Sports Dance Training Institution;(4)Intensify the promotion of children’s sports dance Strengthen the use of various media to promote children’s sports dance;(5)The government departments should increase investment to promote the development of children’s sports dance;(6)Strengthen and perfect the dance hardware facilities of children’s sports dance training institutions in Xinxiang City.
