Sports dance can be divided into two categories,a total of ten kinds of dance,suitable for all groups practice,so many people like it.The key to the development of a sports activity is whether there is a reliable talent team.Ultimately,it’s the shaping of the child.Childhood is a key link in their development of individuality and physical and mental health,as well as the development of their ability to remember,imitate,insight and logical thinking.The development of sports dance for children is the main content of contemporary education.Its corresponding course content,teaching strategy and course objective are very important in sports dance teaching.Therefore,sound and standardized classroom teaching is particularly important.In this paper,children’s sports dance training institutions in guiyang counties as the research object,according to reference materials,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other research measures,the classroom teaching of training schools are analyzed.The following problems are found:First,there is a shortage of teachers,the ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced,the training management system is not perfect,and the core concept of lifelong learning is lacking.Second,the proportion of male and female students is not balanced,resulting in many problems in the matching between male and female students.The third is that the curriculum content is not systematic and sound enough,there are certain errors,the curriculum objectives of the training school have not been established,and the content of the teaching materials is not unified.Fourth,teachers’ teaching strategies are traditional and rigid,and teaching methods are relatively simple.Fifth,most of the teachers in training schools choose more teaching organization forms in classroom teaching,that is,overall classroom teaching,and the teaching organization forms are not colorful.Sixth,there are still imperfections in classroom teaching places.Aiming at the above six problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the classroom teaching in Guiyang children’s sports dance training institutions.The first is to increase the training of dance teachers’ professional ability and teaching level.The second is to change everyone’s ideas,encourage boys to also participate in sports dance programs,and balance the gender ratio of students.The third is to let teachers formulate curriculum standards that conform to the laws and characteristics of children’s own development according to the content of the curriculum.In the teaching process,it is necessary to standardize and improve the design of lesson plans.Fourth,according to children’s own characteristics,adopt a novel,purposeful and reasonable teaching mode to achieve classroom teaching goals.The fifth is to effectively choose the form of teaching organization,and establish different organizational forms according to the characteristics of students of different ages and different classes.Sixth,Guiyang training school should add a physical training room and strengthen the configuration of multimedia system equipment.
