At present, with the aggravation of students' academic pressure, the incidence of test anxiety in students is higher and higher. Therefore, from the cognitive view, this study explores the characteristics of attention bias in test anxiety individuals,in order to provide a new way to interfere with test anxiety. The use of dot-probe task is to explore the attention bias in test anxiety among junior high school students individuals at the two points before the test. This study uses the test-related and test-unrelated stimuli. In this study, the Test Anxiety Scale and Trait Anxiety Inventory were used to select participants with different levels of test anxiety. And then conduct behavioral experiments. The behavioral experiments were performed on two experimental groups(high test anxiety vs low test anxiety)x 2 picture types(high-threat picture vs low-threat picture)x2 detection point positions(consistent vs inconsistent).Dependent variables are reaction time and attention bias scores. The results showed that:1.For the test-related experimental materials,it was found that the main effect of the type of participant and the type of picture. That is the individuals with high test anxiety react more quickly than those with low test anxiety;the response time of high-threat pictures is longer than the response time of low-threat pictures.2.For the test-unrelated experimental materials,we found that there is an interaction effect between the type of image and the position of the detection point. The response speed of the high-threat image is significantly faster than that of the low-threat image. The reaction time in the condition of consistent is shorter than the opposite side.3.For the test-related experimental materials,we found that there was a significant difference in the low test anxiety participants before and after test. However, the test-unrelated materials did not find significant differences among different levels of test anxiety. As the exam approaches, varying degrees of test anxiety may affect the attention bias of test-related information.Therefore.this study suggests that in the future of education,we should carry out the attention bias training and improve their personality in order to cope with test anxiety.
