A Study Of The Theater Form Of Classical Ballet

Taking classical ballet as a sample,this paper has carried on more thorough investigation and discussion on the word "classical ballet theater form",and made mental analysis and summarization on perspectives of "the form of Group Dance path","Pas de deux stylized presentation" and "the appearance of the concrete form of ’God’ in the civilian life of contemporary times" from different perspectives of history,present,macro,and micro.Then through the analysis and study of Tchaikovsky’s three masterpieces,from the angle of western "classicism",the author tries to sum up how the theatrical form of classical ballet is presented in the dance play through a lot of concrete analysis,which can not only provide practical theoretical basis for the choreographer of modern and contemporary classical ballet,but also enlighten the future direction of Chinese Classical Ballet creation from the perspective of history.The research of this paper is divided into four major directions.The first direction is about how the form of speculative theater is defined.On the basis of classicism,the author expounds the theater and the form of the theatre one by one,sums up its intrinsic meaning and defines its definition.Secondly,when sorting out the roots and the context,for the group dance path into theater form in the classical ballet "Swan Lake",the author will focus on the group dance path of the different versions of "Swan Lake" by the world’s six largest ballet companies and get the result of four group dance path forms of "starlight centrifugal type,horizontal straight line,curve concentric circle,block symmetry".And the paper will also explore the use of different theater geometric paths in theater form to summarize the first concrete appearance of the form of classical ballet theater.Thirdly,the author proposes the form of Pas de deux in classical ballet is the imitation of the Christian "cross" style.And based on its characteristics of urbanization,the analysis of large and small Pas de deux is carried out,bringing out the characteristics of diachronic appearance of large and small double dance.Besides,The author also makes reflection and verification of the characters and the lucky ending of the classical ballet "Sleeping Beauty".Fourthly,the paper will figure out how classical ballet will fit into the aesthetic needs of the common people after entering civilian life and how the form of"God" is presented in the theatre in classical ballet.Therefore,classical ballet takes the celebration of the birth of Jesus at Christmas as creation intention.Integrated with"Title Music Form" of Tchaikovsky,the ballet shows the spiritual outlook of contemporary people’s life in the form of "Family Reunion",which shows the audience a picture of the happy life of the common people.In brief,in modern society driven by the wave of business and information,along with the rise of the aesthetic quality of the people,the impression of classical ballet in people’s minds is becoming more and more popular.Most of the audience will try to understand and even to study the classical ballet after watching it.However,the phenomenon is only associated with past classical ballet.When the contemporary ballet changes its classical body languages,people feel confused with the creation of the body languages.Therefore,the author tries to explore the theoretical characteristics of the classical ballet field for the purpose of promoting the creation of modern and contemporary "Classical Ballet".
