With the acceleration of globalization,the bonds between nations are getting closer.Among these nations,Russia has been a good neighbor and played a close relationship with China.The Sino-Russia multi exchange and relationship in Politic?Economy?Culture and Education are expanding rapidly.Meanwhile,"Chinese hot" is getting warmer in Russian speaking countries.More Russian students are taking Chinese as their second language.So,Chinese teaching for Russian students is developing prosperously.As is known to all that the application of teaching process cannot go without the whole range of textbooks.As is known to all that the application of teaching process cannot go without the whole range of textbooks.foreign students is of great importance.At present,Chinese textbooks for foreign purpose in market are of various kinds and levels.Whereas,textbooks for native Russian students are insufficient in both quantity and quality.In face of such insufficiency,it's better to solve the problems.So the writer of this thesis lays much stress on vocabulary in Chinese textbooks for Russian.For the purpose of all-rounded scientific analysis,the author has chosen two textbooks of the same level <The New Orientation of Chinese> and<Practical Chinese Textbook> as subjects of comparative study.The background and meaning of topic selecting ? the study of current situation of Sino-Russian textbooks?the focus point of the thesis?difficult points and new ideas as well have been expounded in the introduction section.The current application of textbooks has been introduced in the second part.In the third part,the compiling background?ideas and systems of the two chosen textbooks <The New Orientation of Chinese> and <Practical Chinese Textbook> have been introduced.The author aims at analyzing and balancing the wholistic formation of the two textbooks.In the fourth part,a detailed comparative study of vocabulary compiling of the two textbooks has been carried out.Based on book 1 and book 2 <The New Orientation of Chinese> of and book 1 of <Practical Chinese Textbook>,a comparative study of compiling ideas?the format of new words?vocabulary?notes for new words?the efficiency of exercises the recurrence of new words in these two textbooks have been carried out.The wholistic advantages and limits as well as the cause of limits in application of the two textbook have been elaborated in part V based on part IV.The research conclusion of the thesis has been introduced in part VI.Some advice on compilation of Sino-Russian textbook and the limits in research methodology have been given as well.
